It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     4. I just got my first wig from Tinybear. She's a fantastic person to deal with! Answered all my PM's within a day and had infinate patience with me when RL had me pestering her with questions. :)

      The wig is so soft to the touch and the shade of color is *perfect.* :D :D

    7. I received my wig yesterday, 3.5 weeks after I had sent my payment. Tinybear was good with answering emails, but I was disappointed that she neither emailed me when she had received my payment or when the wig had been shipped (I had to email both times to ask). I was also disappointed that instead of emailing me and telling me she'd had trouble dying my wig, she instead sent it anyways and simply included a note, so I had no idea until I'd already received it. However she did offer a refund, and the wig is beautiful. Despite my complaints, I would definitely buy from Tinybear again, because Carrie is the sweetest person and I know she means well. (She's just a little busy and requires some patience! *hugs*)

    9. Bought a wig from Tinybear, we suffered some miscommunication but Tinybear made every thing alright, I'm very satisfied with the quality of her wigs and her service. hope she doesn't mind me as a repeat customer :sweat .

    13. Tiny Near's new Marine wig is just gorgeous & fits like a charm. I'd not seen the Butterscotch colour in person, & I must say, it is magnificent! I think it's my new favourite colour.
      Tinybear is a wonderful wigmaker and a very hard worker. Much appreciation for my new, very beautiful wiggies.
