Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. Tsuminaki/Vitta-Vera did a face-up commission for me and she was just amazing. Communication was fantastic, she kept me updated at each step of the process and her e-mails were always very polite and positive. The face-up itself is flawless and very professional. She was also really great about getting me extra photos when I requested them! I'm very happy with the experience, I would definitely commission her again.

    12. I just received my order from the Dollmore GO and I can't be happier with Tsuminaki's service! Dollmore messed up my order a bit, but she tried her best to figure out a cost-effective way to fix the problem for me. She went above and beyond the responsibilities of someone running a GO in order to bring me complete satisfaction, and refunded me when she couldn't find any other way to fix the problem. Contact was prompt and cordial, and I was updated every step of the way. I will do business with her whenever possible in the future! 8D

    14. thanks for the order. Everything reached me safely. Sadly the "ring" doesn't actually have a ring on it. Dollmore playing off a necklace pendant as a doll ring I think but that isn't your fault by any means. everything else fits him fine though and looks super cute.
