Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. I bought two of Usagihime's lovely wigs, and I'm very pleased with them, they're probably the best wigs I've ever bought. Silky fiber, full wigs, neatly finished, lots of great styles and colours. She was very patient with my questions, I would most definitely buy from her again.

      The material she uses is wonderful. Very soft and resistant
      The quality is unquestionable so Iยดm definetely buying more from her :)
      And she also went through all the trouble to send me the wig from another state so I could get a cheaper shipping option.

    9. Hi everyone =)

      I've ordered and paid several wigs over a month ago, but order is still in "confirmed, paid, not shipped" status. Trying to communicate with UsagiHime via her site, e-mail, facebook, and PM on this forum, but still got no reply (2 weeks passed since first e-mail).
      Does anybody know what happened with her? Is she offline for some reason or what?

    11. Well, wigs were finally shipped, got all ordered items in nice packaging and perfect condition. But her site is down now. Maybe she decided to stop selling wigs...

    12. Well, my wigs haven't been sent from 5th July. After I'd posted my questions on DOA concerning what's up with her the website has disappeared. None from my mails was answered even on facebook. Fortunately today I was refunded by my PP.

    13. I purchased a wig from Usagihime, and sadly never received it. I tried sending messages to Usagihime for weeks, none were ever replied to. The website disappeared, and i was not receiving any updates from my order.
      Finally i filed a Paypal claim and was refunded my money by Paypal.

I ordered 4 wigs during their thanksgiving free wig event and at first the tracking number didn't work but they replied quickly that the parcel was returned and gave me a new number which worked after a couple days as promised. I'd only paid for airmail but they sent it by express so it arrived much faster than expected the second time, and it arrived well before christmas. The wigs are very nice and stretchy and they came carefully individually packed. They sent a lovely pair of glass eyes as a gift, a brush and even an extra free wig which is above and beyond so it's been a really great experience ^^

    20. I wrote usagihime a mail on the 23. October 2012 and asked her about a wig commission. After a few mails we agreed, that I will send her the payment and she will come back to me, when the wig is ready. She said that she will need about 70 working days. After the 70 working days I asked her about the status of my wig and I finally got pictures on 7. February 2013. She then told me "i will send it to you after spring festival in chinese new year, and give you the deliver number by email."

      This was also the last contact I had with her. I want my wig or my money back! Right now, I wouldn`t commission a wig from her again. If you buy "ready-made" wigs in her shop she ships everything very fast. But commissioned wigs take ages...or you will never get them! I`m really disappointed :-(
