Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     5. I bought Volks Michele from Verochan. She was so kind to wait a little for my payment, as I wasn't able to pay right away. She gave me a really amazing price for him, shipped the nex day after recieving payment, keept me update and added a cute gift. Doll arrived in perfect condition and was packed really well.

      For sure I'll be happy to do buisness again, as she's one of the best sellers I've had pleasure to meet.

    8. I bought a Luna Head from Verochan. She shipped the head super fast and it arrived swiftly with a surprised beautiful gift. However, after examined the head, I found unexpectedly that the face up is already worn out which I has not asked / informed by Verochan and the face-up was not protected using a face cover possibly causing some dark marks on the head. I decided to contact Verochan right away. Verochan responded to my pm promptly and very understanding about the situation. She offered a full refund for the head and asked me to send the head back on her cost. After consideration, I decided to keep the head and get the new face up instead of searching for this head again. Besides, Verochan seems to be very sincere and open-minded to the issue and willing to work with me and offer many helps to get me through this transaction happily. Even when I told her that I have decided to keep the head and get the new face up, she still kindly offered to pay me full cost of new face up. But since I think that it is not fair for her to pay for the brand new face-up so we agreed on splitting the cost 50/50.

      I would like to say that even though there is an issue in this transaction, but I am more than happy to say that Verochan is absolutely wonderful seller. I am extremely happy and satisfied with how she handling the problems professionally, very understanding, and willing to work with me to resolve the problem. I would not hesitate to have more transaction with her again! Thank you so much, Verochan!
