Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I purchased an MSD outfit from Veryiya

      She was really sweet in communication, she responded quickly and was always friendly and bright :)

      She shipped the package within the same day and let me know the tracking number - it arrived really quick.

      The outfit is in perfect condition - I would have thought it was new !

      I purchased a Loongsoul dragon body minus tail and feet plus registered mail shipping (estimated 10-20 days) from veryiya on June 11, 2022. The payment did not clear on her side for some reason (PayPal would not tell me why) until I approved release, and even then it was delayed until July 2, 2022. I get it, PayPal is sometimes quirky!

      Veryiya shipped the body on July 9 and gave me a tracking number that did not work. I followed up multiple times with her and did not get a proof of shipping screenshot until August 1, and even then it was only internal to Thailand, and did not show US-bound shipping information. I reached out to the seller again and she assured me it was on its way, however it wasn’t until Friday, September 2 that I received notice from Thailand that it was shipped via FedEx with a different tracking number than was given to me. It spent 2 months in Thailand and wasn’t even on its way to me until last Friday. I understand it’s a pandemic and things happen but I felt I should leave some kind of feedback. Please expect things to arrive more slowly, or pay for EMS (what I wish I had done).

      Veryiya was always friendly, however I wish there was more communication when there were delays instead of me having to follow up each time.

    4. I purchased a Volks SD16 Ami Ayase from Veryiya. They were easy to communicate with and the doll arrived from Thailand to Washington within 4 days which was very impressive! The only thing I wish was that the hands were wrapped securely because one of the fingers arrived broken. Luckily this was easy to fix.

      Overall, I had a good transaction. Thank you!

    5. I purchased a Cherry head from @veryiya. Communication was prompt, and the head was shipped out when stated. Upon arrival it was packaged well and in the condition stated. A great transaction overall. I would purchase from again.
