  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I purchased a pair of dollmore pink eyes from Will and let me tell you she has got to be the most patient and sweet person out there. There was a mix-up with the delievery of the package and so for a week or so, I was under the impression that it was lost in the mail. Well, in the midst of tracking down the post office and shipping people to help me find where it might have end up, Will was there the whole time providing lots of helpful information. She was so supportive and sweet and genuinely concerned for my situation, even though she was so far away and none of it was her fault int he least. Not to exaggerate, but I don't make a lot of purchases online so when this happened during my first few times doing it, it was absolutely traumatizing, but Will really helped me through it by being really nice and sympathetic. Eventually, the nice folks over at shipping found the package and delievered it to me, so yay for happy endings! But they said that Will's description and details on the package helped me to find it. So I highly recommend Will and would definitely buy from her again!

    2. I joined Will local Group order for ndoll. She keep us updated about the progress, and answered my query promptly. She posted my item out on the day it arrived and I received the item carefully packed. Highly recommend her!

She was very pleasant and very understanding. my item was oos, and she informed me beforehand to ask me if i want it another similar item or leave it out totally. and when i failed to reply her, she actually did a follw-up and messaged me if i saw her email. overall, will's really easy to communicate with and very responsible. thanks!! :)
