It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. This is the second GO I've been in that WillowRain has run. She is amazing, kept everyone updated everthing step of the way and shipped our items as soon as they arrived to her. I'll gladly participate in another GO if she runs one.

    4. I participated in WillowRain's January TATA'S PARADISE GO, and she was a great hostess. She kept everyone informed of what was going on, and when and if there were problems. I also had an unusual request to delay the shipping of my items to me and she was totally understanding.

      It was a pleasure being part of this GO and will be happy to participate in any others she runs in the future. Thank you so much!

    6. I participated in WillowRain's TATA's Paradise GO and she was a very strong leader. She was well informed and kept us up to date with everything happening, despite the long long wait we had. She was also very friendly and easy to talk to throughout the group order process. She shipped my items almost immediately and they arrived well packaged and with everything I ordered included. I would definitely join a group order of hers again!

She was very friendly to work with and communication was very good. Items were shipped fast and were well package. I'm very thankful she did this go because it was rather large one.This was a very good transactio. I would definitely work with her again the future. :D

    19. Bought a sleeping ante pkf faceplate from WillowRain. The faceplate finally arrived today. The shipping was super fast on the part of WillowRain, now if the post office had just followed that example. Lol. Also thank you for packaging it so well :)

      Apparently it was lost for two days in my local post office. They finally found and delivered it today after I called them wanting to know why the tracking had not been updated and I hadn't received it. Ugh.
