Feedback for xanthe_roses

I recently traded with Lisa, and it was a wonderful experience. Great communications including timely responses to any questions, full disclosure on any dollie issues, and wonderful packing with shipping on the agreed upon date. Couldn't have gone better, and I'd be happy to do an exchange with, or make a purchase from Lisa again.

 

Just bought a pair of MSD Dollmore sandals from xanthe_roses. Transaction was great and she kept me up to date. Definitely recommend.

I just purchased a Dollmore Huey Lewis from xanthe_roses and am just delighted with the entirety. She was super nice to deal with, packed him with the uttermost care and sent a bunch of extras I wasn't expecting. The doll himself is in great condition, and yep, I'm a happy customer!

 

I sold a ResinSoul 70cm Long to xanthe_roses and it went just perfectly!
I love doing business with her, she's so sweet, communicative and friendly. She paid promptly and we had fun chatting about her plans for him (hooray for Dragon Age: Origins!) .

I was part of xanthe's Dollmore GO. xanthe handled several major hiccups very well, including the package getting lost in customs and a death in her family. My items were packaged well.

However, my major complaint is about communication. xanthe gave us frequent updates while the package was lost. But after that she dropped off. Several members of the GO had to keep prodding her for updates. At one point we considered opening a paging thread for her, but she popped back on soon after that.

She also lied about several key points. On 1-1-2010 she said she would send invoices and mail out everybody's stuff within the next couple of days. Then she bumped the date to the 3rd. Then the 8th. And then she disappeared until the 17th. She finally sent out invoices on the 18th. On the 20th she said she would email everybody their tracking numbers and never did.

Granted, while this was going on she claimed she was having router troubles. I understand that, but as a GO leader your first duty should be to inform somebody of the troubles. She eventually emailed an update to one of the other GO members. An email should've been the first thing you do after realizing you can't connect to DoA. It's also no excuse for not sending out shipping invoices and tracking numbers.

Anywho, I consider this a very lukewarm experience. A GO that was placed around Halloween should not take until the end of January to show up. I would think twice before joining another of xanthe's GOs.

 

I also participated in the above mentioned GO. She did handle many very difficult situations quite well and while I will agree that I felt she could have had better communication towards the end, I also got the impression that this isn't a common issue with her.
I'd also like to correct the last part of that about tracking numbers. Rather than never, I would go for later than preferable.

I ordered two pairs of eyes thru Xanthe in her Dollmore GO.

although there were some problems(which couldn't be helped.) my items arrived safely and quick.

I am very happy with my order and would do another one thru her anytime!

Joined a Dollmore GO run by xanthe and did not leave disappointed. She was good to mention the best ways to reach her.

In spite of a family loss xanthe was able to keep the group informed of (seemingly lost) package whereabouts and arrival and was able to get our items out to us promptly once they did arrive. She was a very strong and considerate person to do that! I am floored by her excellence!
As Ostrich mentions there was a bit of lack of communication at some points, but all things considered, I think she deserves some consideration.

Participated in Xanithe's Dollmore Go. It took a very long time since the day I joined, and I guess our GO order was unlucky in getting hit with many delays, including a unexpectaded RL issue on her part. I received my items today in good condition. Thank you!

While this GO did take a while, and Xanthe did have some family problems, the items were eventually mailed out and arrived in good condition.

I was part of a Dollmore Group Order that Xanthe ran. There were some major bumps but I did get my items safe and sound.

 

I also participated in said GO, and though there were some mis-communications and road blocks, I was in no hurry to receive my items. They arrived quickly after she said they were sent out. Overall positive experience. Thank you xanthe~!

 

I also participated in the Dollmore GO. As others have said there were some issues. But, everything was solved and more or less understandable. I got my items today Thanks so much Xanthe! ^^

 

I just bought a Dollzone Mo-2 in normal-pink skin from xanthe_roses. We had an excellent transaction. Here are some points of interest:

*All communication (through PMs) was answered within two days from the date sent
*The doll is in exactly the condition described in the thread
*The doll was shipped on the same day that I paid for him
*The doll was packaged extremely well for shipping with lots of bubble-wrap and protection

I joined in a Dollmore GO that Xanthe was running and besides a little bumpy problem of one item not being shipped, which was quickly fixed, everything went perfectly!
