It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     3. A friend of mine and I commisioned Yuu-chan for two MSD shirts a few weeks ago! :D They're super, super cute, and very well made! She was really good with comminication, not to mention, the shirts were made and shipped REALLY fast! She's most certaintly friendly and kind too, so I'd be really glad to do buisness with her again!

    4. Yuu-chan made my dreams come true by selling me a dream doll of mine (Soony) at a very good price! She was also willing to work with me on a payment plan, allowing me two months of hold time. She was very understanding when my second payment was a little late, and I wound up being able to pay her off in less than two months. =^_^= It was a very pleasant transaction, and I'm very happy with my Soony. <333 Thanks!

    5. I purchased a fullset Elf Ducan from Yuu-chan. She was helpful and friendly, and even let me extend the lay-by/payment period out for longer so I could afford him without going broke.

      I highly recommend doing business with Yuu-chan!

    6. I bought a Migidoll Jina head from Yuu-chan. The transaction had its ups and downs, which is why the feedback is neutral. Initially, Yuu-chan replied very fast, and let me know that she could only ship the head out after some days because she had exams, which I was fine with. Later, she became un-contactable, which made me panic, cos I didn't know if she had indeed shipped the head as promised. After many PMs over a few days from me (which I do feel bad about, for hounding her :/), she replied, telling me he's shipped, but without the tracking (which was what he was supposed to be shipped with) and refunded the extra shipping charge. Yuu-chan was very nice and also told me if anything happens I'll get a full refund, because she didn't have tracking on him. After about 40days since I paid her, my head hasn't arrived, so I PMed her about the refund, which she gave. I felt really bad about this, because I do believed she shipped him out, and by getting my refund, she was left hanging, but Yuu-chan gave me the refund anyway, which I am really grateful for. Fortunately, the head did arrive a few weeks later, and I paid her back.

      Overall, the transaction could have been smoother, especially communication during the (Christmas) period where he was supposed to be shipped, but she was a nice seller, and I'm glad I bought my Jina head from her. Thanks Yuu-chan!
