It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     11. I bought a Yo-SD Jun Tachibana from atrika during the Christmas period. The package got delayed but atrika assisted and followed through the end. Communication is fast and so it gave me peace of mind as a buyer while waiting for the outcome of the P.O.'s investigation. Jun T arrived safely to me finally and I am more than pleased that a seller would really sympathize and be concerned with me. Thank you so much for a lovely doll!

This is the second time I bought from atrika and everything was perfect ^ ^ She was very okay with my layaway plan and shipped out quickly after I finished it~ The head arrived very safely packaged together with a little surprise! There was some trouble with communication at some point, which was solved very fast after I emailed her once~

I bought a Volks "Tenshi no Hair Brush" from atrika and we had a very nice transaction, she kindly waited for me to get thru the busy holidays before sending payment, shipped quickly with tracking #, and the brush is lovely and in mint condition.     18. I sold a Custom Volks DDH-07 head by KK Workshop. Atrika was a perfect buyer. H asked for a short layaway, but ended up having to ask for it to be extended, but finished paying as promised. ^^ Quick, friendly communication, and other then the last bump all payments were on time.     20. Atrika was in my Dollheart group order. When Dollheart screwed up and didn't send her outfit ... and didn't send it... and STILL didn't send it, she was UNBELIEVABLY patient. She waited literally months for her order without a word of complaint. Thank you so very much, Atrika, for making what was an aggravating and stressful situation so much easier. Absolutely fantastic to deal with - always returned pm's in a timely fashion, and let me know that the package finally arrived safely. I would be honored to have her in my group order any time!
