  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     9. I commissioned Frozen Wings for a faceup after I screwed up my doll's faceup by accident >< I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she followed it to a tee! Communication was excellent, shipping fast (next day in my case!) and just an overall pleasure to deal with! I'll definately be sending my next dolls to her. :)

    15. Frozen painted my unoa lusis' face, and it is really lovely!!! I had a timeframe, and she was happy to work with it... shes professional and super-nice, and really does a lovely job on faceups (i esp love the lips she did on mine!) I would definitely recommend her to paint ANYONE'S doll! :D Thank you so much for being so awesome!!!

    17. At the end of Aug I purchased what was called a dress in Frozen Wings' thread. After I paid, I was told she was going out of town in 2 days and would not ship until she came back on Sept 9th. I would have appreciated knowing that before I made the purchase. I finally get the package today to find out what she called a dress is only the top part, I only got half of it. She sold the skirt part to someone else, but did not mention this in her listing. Plus, I was charged $5 for shipping, the cost on the envelope says $2.27. So no, I am not happy, and I would not do business with her again. There was not enough information given so that I'd know that what I was paying for was only the top part of the dress. Buyer beware.

    18. I sold opal a dress made by DoA user ATsuri.
      opal got the dress and insisted that there was another piece to it, because this is what she saw on ATsuri's thread. However, it was not what I was selling. I had already given the underskirt to my sister and it was not for sale. My photos clearly showed only the one piece dress. She still insisted that I had not given her enough information on the item.
      She also complained that I overcharged for shipping. For my shipping fees, I usually charge for shipping + handling. I can never guess how much exactly the shipping will be, since it depends on size of package and weight. So I give an estimated price, like all sellers do.
      In any case, I have given opal a partial refund on her $15 purchase, for her general unhappiness. I hope she understands.

    19. What you sold was the top half of a dress, not a full dress set, and it should have been listed as such. However, I did indeed receive the refund of the shipping, thanks. As far as I'm concerned, this is finished.
