I bought some clothing from frozen wings through the marketplace - the clothes were very accurately described and she provided additional pictures of the two dresses on a doll for me to see before I decided if I wanted the items.

She was understanding that it took me an extra day to get payment to her and communication was friendly and fast the whole way through. The items arrived quickly and were just as described/pictured. Great transaction!

I purchased a second hand clothing item from frozen wings. The transaction was fast, she responded quickly, pleasantly, and never left me waiting on any information. The package arrived safe and the item looks exactly like it did in the pictures. I would definitely do business with her again!

 

I am leaving neutral feedback for frozen wings. I do not require her to resolve anything with me as I feel our exchange was fair and I have received the goods that I paid for, so by no means is this negative feedback. She is reliable as a seller and this is not a "buyer beware", just my personal experience with communication.

I purchased a Migidoll Jina head from her on 3/11. I know that on her sales thread, there is a 1-2 week shipping window, so this issue is not about timeliness. During these two weeks, I sent her two PMs requesting a shipping time frame for the purpose of making sure the head got to us safely. I tried to convey that I was not rushing her, only that it was important to know if my roommate or I should be home to sign for it, or to alert my office to hold the package. She replied promptly to both my PMs, one sent on 3/17 and one on 3/23, but the information was very vague and not specifically what I asked for. Both times I mentioned the necessity of knowing when the package was coming. When I received a reply to my 3/23 PM, it was that the head was shipped and gave me a rough estimate of time per the post office, but no tracking number included. (I will note that I did not take this opportunity to request the tracking from her, but I believe this is a seller's obligation, not a buyer's.) I received it today, 3/28. The item was shipped well and in good packaging. It was left loose outside my door, however, which is what I was trying to avoid: I have had more than one package "disappear" in this complex, especially if it has a price-tag on the customs form.

This was an international purchase and a high price item, so I hope it is understandable that I was anxious to know when I was to expect the goods from this transaction on my terms. I did not need the goods right away, but I tried to make it clear that I needed certain, clear information, and that information is not something I received in this transaction both times I asked.

The item arrived as it was described and I am glad it arrived safely. Again, it was an issue with communication, not with the goods. There is nothing frozen wings needs to resolve with me (ie, a refund, etc), and I am pleased with the product.
