Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I sold a Migidoll Jina head to Jana, and I am leaving her neutral feedback (because of the unwarranted result of the transaction).

      Jana claimed that she was unsatisfied with the transaction because "communication was lacking".

      You say that you should not be responsible for harassing for information, but how am I to know that I am doing something that does not meet your expectations if you do not say anything? This is a mutual transaction between two parties and yet you are making it seem as though I am to blame for not being as informative as you would have liked me to be. It’s not as though I have been withholding information from you. You could have simply asked me or expressed your dissatisfaction early on and I would have tried to rectify the situation. As the buyer, you have the right to ask me about your purchase, and saying that you do not want to feel as though you are “harassing” me, sounds silly to me. Although I agree that I should have been more informative, I cannot be expected to give you all the answers you want without knowing what it is that you want. Every buyer has different expectations out of sellers, and I have never in all my years of doing business on DoA have had someone complain to me about lack of information after the completion of the transaction. I have been as professional as possible throughout this transaction and I feel that your feedback is completely unjustified. As you did not say anything about your dissatisfaction with how I’ve been communicating during the transaction, I was lead to believe that everything was going fine. And in fact, you had been very pleasant and sweet throughout the transaction with little suggesting you were not happy with how things were going.

      You entered the transaction knowing my shipping specifications as they are mentioned on my sales thread, yet you did not specify you had your own requirements before you paid. If you know that your shipping requirements differ from those mentioned on my sales thread, you could have just asked ahead of time to be certain I could meet these requirements and spared us both of the headache.

    2. I purchased a Volks Heath head from Frozen Wings and it was a very easy, pleasant transaction. Communication was great, she shipped within her stated 1-2 week shipping time (actually she shipped in the first week which I was quite pleased about), and the head was well-packed. I would definitely recommend her as a seller. :)

    4. i spoke to frozen wings and i am redacting my neutral feedback and replacing it with positive feedback. :) my shipping issue could have more easily resolved if i had requested more information, and i am sure she would have provided it!

    5. I commisioned a faceup from Frozenwings and couldnt be happier. Not only was she fast and friendly, but the whole process was a dream to deal with. She made sure my boy was exactly as I described, but also put that little flare of hers on him. He's stunning in RL!
      Communication was also wonderful-I would not hesitate to do business with her again.

    6. Frozen Wings recently re-did my Doll-Zone fenyo's faceup (which she had done in the first place, but which sustained damage in one section) and did a fast and excellent job in re-creating the original face-up. Thanks for yet another smooth transaction! :)

    10. I ordered a Volks NS body from Frozen Wings and it was a great transaction! She warned me of a mail strike up in Canada and said she would wait for it to end before sending him just in case which was thoughtful of her. As soon as she did send him out itonly took a few days and he came in great condition! I 100% recommend buying or selling to and from FrozenWings.

    15. I purchased some articles of clothing and a pair of shoes from frozen wings. She's a sweetheart and communication is great, although it took about three weeks for her to ship it after I've paid, due to her being really busy. I didn't mind the wait, and happened to ask her about it on the very day she sent it out. XD The package took just a few days to arrive in the end, which is wonderful!

      I love the things I bought, and they're in prime condition, just as described. I would definitely do business with her again.
