It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     5. I commissioned Jisatsu for twin faceups, and work on an event arm from Fairyland. Communication was great, and everything was done in as timely a manner as possible, since she had to go house sit for about 2 weeks. This was my first experience sending my doll out to be worked on, and I'm glad I chose her. I'll probably come back for more faceups in the future!

      I'm sorry the lighting is terrible, but here is the most awesome Face Up Jisatsu did for me. She is amazing, she did this fast, and beautifully, and it lasts beautifully! It's even surviving little kids. THAT is awesome.

    14. I would just like to say that Jisatsu is currently doing a faceup and major mod for a DD head of mine and she has been so wonderful at communicating the time table of the work. She told me in advance of the schedule and the amount of time it would take and I was fine with it as I do not have a body yet.

      She has sent PMs along the way of she when would be "off of work" for a bit for whatever reason and I really appreciate her type of communication. I am excited with the pics and cannot wait for the finished product. Her work is amazing. :) Her customer service and communication is just as excellent.

      A+ artist and seller.

    20. I bought some SD clothes from Jisatsu. I am very pleased with our frequent communication and how quickly the item was sent to me. The items I received were as described and everything I expected them to be.
