Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     7. I just have to leave e feedback again :)

      I messed up with the magnets she got with some antlers she bought and sent two extera which was supposed to be sent to someone else, and treelore sent them for me to the buyer. and even paid for the shipping!!!
      (which is too mutch since I was the one that messed up)

      She is at least trustworthy and wery nice!

    12. I must say Treelore was a complete delight to deal with even when I got into a bit of a snag when purchasing a puki puki plus faceplate from her. She was incredibly understanding with a delay on funds due to my silly bank, (anyone else have the bank hold funds because they are convinced its somehow NOT YOU spending them >_<) and incredibly helpful with shipping when I moved in the process of the purchase and shipped an alternate shipping method when I once again found a snag with how my development's mailing system works! Extremely fast shipping and communicating, kept me alerted every step of the way! Knew my puki arrived before I did lol! very helpful, one of the best i've dealt with in awhile. Only one complaint! She needs to stop listing such adorable puki faceplates, my wallet can not handle any more! ;P

    17. I have to say that Treelore is one of the most trustworthy sellers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I had a problem with an item I purchased from her that was new, sealed in the package. She immediately offered to refund the item, and when I expressed that perhaps that was just how the item was made, she suggested that I ask others if they had the same issue with the item instead of sending her pictures of the issue. All in all, the item was obviously made the way it arrived and although I am a bit dissapointed in the manufacturer, I am extremely impressed with the way Treelore handled the situation.
      I would not hesitate to buy anything from her in the future. Treelore takes care of business like a pro and has perfect customer service!
