Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     7. Oh, I've bought several items from Featherfall, and have had the best of customer service. I've even had to put an item in lay-away for about two weeks, and they were more than willing to work with me. Very quick and fast shipping to the USA, and I love and appreciate all of the updates that I get on email, relating on the order being processes, shipped, and tracking numbers. Great company to get Dollheart Fer's from, especially if you are on the mailing list. I'm going to be in trouble if they start selling other dolls though. :) They've got a great selection of everything.

      i received it today , after only three days shipping, in perfect condition, and boy is it a wonderful set!
      service and communication were excellent!

    13. I ordered an outfit for my doll from Featherfall on July 27th. I expected 2 to 3 weeks production time for the outfit. To my surprise, the order was shipped out on July 31st and I received the outfit yesterday. I also recently ordered a pair of shoes from Featherfall. I will be sure to order more from them in the future.
       
    14. I ordered my DZ Shoyo catgirl from Featherfall, and a set of MSD underwear. She arrived well packaged, and very quickly! I would definitely buy from Featherfall again, it was a very smooth transaction!
       
    15. When I saw that Featherfall had Fers in stock and ready to ship AND they were pink, I jumped at the chance. I had to sign up as a new customer, but the process was so easy and painless. Uneide was very helpful with my questions, and my (first) Fer came to me so quick! Now if only the girl who is supposed to wear it would arrive just as fast...

    20. I ordered a DZ 1/4 NS girl body, and a DZ Witchhunter Dress. My experience is mixed... communication started off great. I was immediately told that the dress I wanted wasn't currently in stock (which was indicated as a possibility on its ordering page), and I was offered a few alternatives, including an older limited edition Dollheart outfit that was considerably more expensive. I declined, as it wasn't to my tastes, and was happy to wait for the dress. I ordered on the 3rd, my body shipped on the 9th, and I received the body on the 12th. This is where things were less peachy... the body was packaged great, but when I opened the box, my doll had several black marks on her body, as well as a sticky spot. I emailed Featherfall about this, stating that I wasn't looking for a refund or return, but wanted to express my displeasure, and received no response.

      A few days ago, I got an email stating that my dress was on its way to them, and that it should be shipped sometime next week.

      Right now, I'm pretty meh... while I was really happy with my experience prior to receiving my doll, the lack of communication regarding my concern was offputting. The marks did eventually come off with judicious use of a Magic Eraser, but having to clean my doll the moment she came out of the box was a little depressing.

      Would I order again? I might, but it's pretty much only due to the convenience of them being located in the same country as me. I'm much happier with the service I've had from other companies. *conflicted* :(
