Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       there was a slight delay in shipping, but she did let me know as soon as she got the items out and they arrived very promptly after that.
      the items were just as described, and she was lovely to deal with as ever.
      I'd be happy to do business with her again.

    7. Feedback for two Positive transactions with Utsumi!

      Back in July, I bought a few MSD clothing from Utsumi. After a month, I didn't receive the package so I informed Utsumi about it. She was quick to refund me which was unexpected and appreciated! We agreed that if I did receive the package, I would resend the payment to her. So fast forward to two months later, in September, I finally received the package, safe and sound! She also included some little gifts which is so sweet of her! I resent the payment back to her and I'm very grateful to Utsumi for being such a responsible seller!

      During the ongoing transaction above, Utsumi contacted me for a trade. Her MSD clothing for mine.
      The trade went super smoothly as we both sent out the packages on time and they also arrived to each other swiftly.

      For both transactions, Utsumi was nothing short of, professional, friendly, and just overall a joy to work with! I would love to deal with her again and again!
