Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     3. I have two transactions to leave positive feedback for.

      Utsumi sold me a few pairs of glass eyes, which arrived packaged wonderfully. The only thing was that she had accidentally shipped me an extra eye. I loved the color, so I paid for the match rather than send it back her. There was a tiny bit of a delay sending the second package, but Utsumi was fast to communicate and sent a few extras along. It was a true pleasure to do business with her. Thank you so much!

      I purchased two items of MNF clothing from her. They arrived in fantastic shape in a cute little plastic bag (it is seriously adorable) with some cute candies! She communicated well and was patient with my PM schedule (random due to work). Thank you so much! My girl loves the shorts especially ;)

    9. I bought a few msd clothing from Utsumi. Due to some complications from the postage office, they took awhile to ship it. Utsumi was very nice to go to the postage office to check on the parcel and to reship it to me. They arrived safely and cutely. Excellent communication, great seller, would defiantly buy from her again! A+ seller!

    18. Oh goodness! I never left feedback. x___x Okay! I bought a few clothing items from Utsumi. Shipping was quick and the items arrived very well in tact. One of the leggings had a small hole in the seam that she was unaware of, and she provided excellent service in dealing with that. (Easily fixable.) Communication from what she has also warned saying she might be a little slow was good. Communication was also clear and concise. Thank you so much!
