Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. Communication, packaging and condition of items were perfect We had a little snafu on shipping and she added a darling necklace she had made to my order as a bonus.     3. I bought some MSD clothes from her and they were good quality and looked very well. Shipping was a bit confusing at times, but that's to blame outside sources out of our control....like the USPS.

    5. I bought several puki dresses from Utsumi. Communication was great, there was a little problem with the shipping (after a few weeks we found out it had been returned to sender) but Utsumi kept in touch throughout and threw in some extra puki dresses to make up for the longer than usual wait. ^_^

    7. I bought some slim mini things from Utsumi, and I'm VERY happy with them--Utsumi packed them carefully, and they're in pristine condition. I would have appreciated knowing that shipping was delayed by a week from what Utsumi originally planned, but when I PMmed to ask, Utsumi replied quickly and relieved my mind. :)
