Feedback to fredason

I just got my Dollshe suit from fredason and it is absolutely fabulous. I could not be more pleased and definitely will buy from her again!

 

I bought a full outfit from fredason that included a hat, and I was nervous about it getting squished, but it was all safely packaged and arrived in perfect condition
Everything is excellently made, good price too!
Also, it only took 12 days to arrive when she estimated one month shipping (WONDERFUL surprise!)

The language barrier did not negatively affect the transaction- everything was perfect. Fast responses and very nice, even gave free shipping for Chinese New Year.

I would love to buy from her again !

 

My second purchase from this seller - two Idealian-sized outfit sets - went perfectly. The sets I purchased were already made and in-stock, so they were shipped immediately after their holidays, exactly as promised. Fredason was careful to explain a small difference in the fabric of one of the shirts, and after arrival and inspection, everything is perfectly satisfactory. I opted for the (free, due to a special) registered mail rather than EMS, and the package arrived in approximately 2-1/2 weeks - a good turn-around time!

As before, the workmanship is wonderful and the fabrics a very nice quality indeed. I have only nice things to say about this seller and the products offered, and would definitely buy from them again.

 

I bought a Megagem outfit from fredason at the beginning of February. It arrived today, in good time, and is very well made! It fits my boy perfectly. I can definitely recommend the quality of her clothes! Thank you!

 

I bought two dress sets from fredason! I am still impressed by all the details and the great quality. Fredason is a nice person and the communication was great and friendly all the time. Thank you very much, fredason!

 

I ordered a custom Hound-sized suit at the start of December, and requested that it be in a specific sort of light gray fabric - Fredason said that they'd be able to do something similar, and said it would take about a month to make.

Well, basically all communication ended there - and I joined a paging thread for Fredason along with several other members.

I received one PM from them on Febuary 17th saying that there was some sort of problem with their image hosting service? And they they'd try to send me photos later.

Well, about another month went by with no contact, and their PM box became full - I sent them an email and contacted PayPal in an attempt to open a dispute [my period to file a claim had expired], but again, my attempts at contact went unanswered.

Finally, in the middle of March, I received a PM from them saying that photos of the suit would be impossible.

I was honestly exasperated with waiting and trying to get into touch with them, so just told them to ship it. Fredason graciously gave me free EMS and refunded my original shipping payment of $10 after I received the suit as an apology for the wait.

However, when I received the suit, it was unceremoniously thrown into a medium box [all the pieces were free-floating; no baggy, nothing.] and the fabric used for the suit was much, much darker than the fabric I had requested and anticipated - and that there were red marker/ink marks on the pants.

While Fredason's prices are very good and the quality of the suit itself was decent enough, I honestly can't say that I would buy from Fredason again after this extremely frustrating and nerve-wracking experience. If their communication VASTLY improves in the future, I may reconsider.

 

I purchased a light yellow 5-piece suit for my EID model body boy from fredason. While the suit was shipped right after the holiday and arrived within two weeks which was a nice surprise, the suit doesn't exactly fit my boy. Here are a few things that I think can use improvement/fix:

1. The color of the suit is nothing like I expected. It is a different color than the one I had ordered. Once asked, I was told that the one I wanted was no longer available. This should have been communicated to me prior and given me a chance to accept this suit or cancel the order.
2. The shirt is too tight. I am able to squeeze him in the shirt since he is a doll and will not suffocate from the tight shirt.
3. The vest is also too tight. The vest is from a different material than the jacket and the pants.
4. The pants, on the other hand, is too long and too loose. It's like they were made for a taller and bigger doll. It was explained to me that all the pants are made the same way. Again, my doll doesn't walk around so he is ok hiding the long pants and loose waist.
5. I was asked to email pictures of the suit on the doll. I sent a few pictures showing the details mentioned above and heard nothing from fredason. A week later, I sent another email asking if they have received the pictures and got a PM saying that fredason didn't get the pictures so I resent them. This time, fredason said that they couldn't receive pictures. Originally, fredason offered to send me replacement shirt or $10 refund. I wanted to have a suit that fits my boy so I wanted to have the shirt, vest, pants replaced. With the 45 days on paypal running out, I gave up on trying to get a fit suit and opted for the $10 refund.

Even though the workmanship is great on the suit, the fit (or lack of fit) will prevent me from future purchase unless I see pictures of the suit on the type of doll I want.

I think that fredason could have communicated better about the differences in the suit I wanted and the one I will actually get and that the fit/not fit should be handled better.

I ordered 2 oufits from fredason. It took quite long time, much more than 10 days that was promised. But the quality of outfits is great and they fits perfectly! So finally i'm very glad Thank you!

I ordered a Mosica Blood Honour outfit in Idealian72 scale. There were a few delays in communication, but otherways good. It was shipped super fast. The lovely cane, which was part of the set, had unfortunately gotten broken in transit, but I was able to put it some of it back together (may I suggest more careful packaging for such items in the future?). The outfit was exactly as described. It is truely beautifully made, fabulous fit for my doll and I would definitely love to get more of these kind of outfits. Thanks fredason!
