Hello, I finally got reply this weekend and they shipped out. I was worried with the no reply for awhile. I don't mind the wait actually but if I get no reply, I get worried. I wish to buy more in the future but wish the customer service is better.
I like this shop because I ordered tan version Small Comfort and ebay don't carry tan version. Also I want face up done since I don't know how to do face up.
Paypal was going to be my last resort but finally I got a reply and tracking number. thank goodness I really want tan version of small comfort for a long time LOL. I have some lati order that has not ship but they always answer my questions so I do not mind the wait....I actually don't mind waiting at Lati bec. I want to get points LOL But with no reply and no answer that is a different story
I'm glad you got a response and that your doll is on the way. Sometimes we need to remember that many of th e companies are small and use external translators. Communications are frequently slower around the holidays.

Where do you all find clothes for the Small Comfort babies now days? I thought I ordered proper clothes, but got ones for the larger little Brownie dolls. :-P
Hi @CynicalSim I've been happy so far with purchases for 'Lati White'. I've bought an outfit from: nubanded and a couple of outfits from: MyLovelyFairy which I have been very happy with. The lati white shorts and Tshirts end up being long sleeved and the shorts are a good length on their chubby little legs. Prices are good and there are lots of mix and match options for variety. My Lovely Fairy also sends nice free gifts that match your outift.
