      Communication was excellent, in my honest opinion. I didn't think they would understand what I wanted to order but they nailed my order precisely.

      Very easy. I paid through Paypal.

      How long did it take to ship?
      They took around two weeks to ship my wig. The package arrived after 11 days; nearly two weeks as well.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      Honestly? I really do feel it is very reasonable, comparing to the other wig stores like Leeke and such. The wig was very soft, very full as in not showing the headcap at all.

      Yes, it does.

      Excellent; I didn't have any trouble conveying information on the custom options, all questions asked ahead of time were answered promptly and thoroughly, and communication after the order was placed to clarify custom options was fantastic as well.

      Extremely easy via Paypal

      * How long did it take to ship?
      As it was a larger order, we were cautioned it would take "more than one month." Shipping time was ultimately about 5 weeks, which is excellent considering order size and number of special requests.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely! I've consistently been impressed with their wigs.

      Yes, all items have looked just like the pictures suggest.

      Very, and other participants have also expressed their satisfaction with their wigs, as well.

      Not specific to this order, but in a prior (small) GO, one wig was accidentally left out, and it was quickly shipped out at FMD's expense when they were contacted. This time, there appeared to be problems, but were found to be mistakes in the order process, however, they worked with me on those as well.

      This was my third order and second GO (first large one). I have always had fantastic service and been very happy with their wigs, and will continue to order from them as long as I need wigs for dolls.

      Yes, the style is original and looks good, it's a really nicely constructed cap shape, and fits
      the doll very well.

      Completely with 2 of the 3. The third had a very minor defect, bald spot at the very crown of the wig. I was planning to style and modify the wig anyway so I didn't feel it was worth complaining to the company about it. If I had planned to use the wig as-is though, or if this was the only wig I had purchased, then it would have been a disappointment.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      The wig is heat-resistant, so I cut and styled it to cover the bald patch. The company didn't receive a complaint from me because I was able to take care of it DIY-style without problem. :)

      I would, perhaps with a Group Order to cut down on the sting of shipping cost though.

It was pretty cheap, so I have no serious complaints, but its only real use is as a gentle protection for her head without a wig. The free hair clips aren't either doll's style at all, but they're cute and they were free, so no complaints.

      Less than three weeks, which is great for current shipping conditions.

      Now that I have a complaint open with Paypal, they were very attentive and finally sent me the correct wig (supposedly, they said they would give me a tracking number, but did not). Additionally, every communication from them ends with a request that I close the dispute, even though I keep telling them Paypal doesn't recommend that until the product is in hand.

      I've ordered from them in the past, so this could be a fluke. However, I'm not feeling very positive about them right now.
