Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     3. I sort of had some times like these, but I'm pretty sure the company does it for all their customers. Whe nI got my migidoll ryu head a year or so ago, there was this baggie with two beautiful lollypops in it! I am never going to eat them, they are so cute! And just yesterday I recieved my migidoll body for said head, and included was a free cleaning eraser! I like the little things companies include sometimes.

      The little stuff can sometimes make a person feel really special.
      BJD companies are usually very considerate of the fact that you buy hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise from them.
      And they make sweet little gestures of appreciation.

    5. The only doll company I've bought directly from was Dolkot. Two days after I placed my order, they came out with a whole new version of the body I was getting! I was appalled, since I had researched this doll so long and hard to see if I could find a better body for her, but eventually gave up and decided to just do the safe thing and get the stock company one for her. When I saw the new body I was just green with jealousy that I couldn't get it. I emailed the company asking if I could change my order for the new version body and they said, "Yes! We will make this doll special for you!" I think I might've been the very first orderer and owner of Dolkot's new Model girl body in the world ^_^ Since I got to order it before it even became available! Either way, I was super grateful they let me do this. The body is a dream!

LOL yeah so special that I can't find anything that fits her >.< I'm probably going to re-home her soon, but it hasn't discouraged me from putting a Dolkot hand fairy on my wishlist :) The company made a lasting impression with their great customer service, I'm pretty sure I will come back to buy from them again soon!

    9. LOL I know, it's kinda a shock to me too. But in the end, my goal was to turn her into a specific character, and as much as I love her for being my first doll, and the pride of being such an early adopter to the new Dolkot Model girl, she ultimately just doesn't suit the character. So what I get for her on the marketplace will hopefully go towards a new doll. I'm excited to get a doll from another company now, after hearing such great stories from folks, but I still love Dolkot for the opportunity they offered me :)

      Every doll that is rehomed is an opportunity for another doll to fall in love with and a company to have a great story like these!

    11. yepp, from DOD, because they sent my ducan to the U.K by accident, instead of the U.S.A, and in turn they had him shipped out right away from London, and then gave me about 20 points on their site for the false shipment, they were so nice(:

    12. Awww that card was really thoughtful! I haven't had anything like that at this time, but the companies I deal with are always so generous and helpful. I always make sure to thank them for their products after I recieve them, and let them know they're doing a great job. :)

    13. I'm contributing to this thread again because I just had Denver Doll Emporium do something nice for me today. After a 3 month wait for a DZ Feilian, she finally arrived at DDE only to have them discover that she had come with the wrong faceup. They offered to have DZ send the correct head, but I told them I was probably going to wipe the faceup anyway so not to worry about it. Well, when she arrived today DDE had graciously included a little DZ baby Leo alongside Feilian!

      I think it's the nice gestures like that that create loyalty to a company.
