It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     4. I participated in a Dollmore GO run by Forbidden. Communications were excellent, cordial and effective, and though my part of the order was small it was given due attention and arrived in reasonable time. Would not hesitate to join in another of Forbidden's orders!

    5. Joined an eye group order started by Forbidden. There were some errors made by the supplier that required some eyes to be made in another batch (including mine) and shipped to her, and I completely forgot about it! :sweat I didn't even know I had a pay request until last week.

      However, she was very patient with me despite me and my forgetfulness, and once I paid for the shipping she promptly sent me my eyes. They arrived quickly, and in perfect condition.

      Thanks Forbidden! I hope to be able to join you in another GO sometime.

    8. I've been in on two group orders with Forbidden and both have been good experiences. The 1st was for several sets of eyes, one pair didn't come in the right size and she instantly informed of the problem and contacted the company and in about 10days my correct eyes came in. I'm really thankful she caught the problem and took care of it. The second was for several hundred dollars worth of clothes from Dollmore and every thing went wonderfully. I would highly recommend Forbidden. She is trustworthy and kind and has great communication. Thanks a gain Forbidden!

    15. I just bought a pair of brown SD-sized boots from Forbidden. She was very pleasant and understanding throughout the transaction, and patiently answered all of my questions. The shipping was super fast and the items were well-packed.

    16. I recently participated in several of Forbidden's Fairyland Group Orders/Piggybacks, and I couldn't be happier. She kept us up to date on the progress, all communication was clear and pleasant... Sh was very patient with me, and kept my pieces as asked until all the items were in to ship in one package as opposed to several.

      I honestly couldn't recommend anyone higher than I do Forbidden!
