It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. As always Forbidden is fantastic! I just took part in her Soulgoll GO and everything could'nt've gone better. I loved how she gave out the tracking numbers both when it was coming from Souldoll and coming to us- I really like knowing where my stuffs at!     5. I was in the fifth glass eyes group order, and while my order wound up with some mistakes they were on the part of the manufacturer and not Forbidden's. The pair of eyes I did receive was well packed, and she was great in helping resolve the flaws. I have nothing bad to say.

    6. I bought a SD head from Forbidden. She was kind enough to let me pay half down and the 2nd half in a couple weeks. She is very kind, answers PMs quickly and the head arrived to me today [just 2 days after being shipped] in exact condition stated! I would gladly deal with her again. Thanks!!!

    9. I joined Forbidden's Glass Eyes GO a while back and she was helpful with the errors made by the manufacturers. They had sent me the wrong colour eyes and Forbidden had helped me communicate with the manufacturers for the right pair. I have received the correct pair this week and Forbidden paid for the shipping out of her own pocket.
      Thank you so much for your help and organizing such a big group order.

      Everything was wonderful!
      The items were shipped very quickly and arrived in perfect condition.
      Updates were a little slow, but I understand that Forbidden is a very busy person, so it wasn't a problem.
      She is amazingly organised- this was my first time joining her GOs, and it won't be my last! :aheartbea

    13. In response to the slow updates, I would like to say that my network unexpectedly died over the weekend after I received the Leekeworld #8 order. I was planning to ship packages on that Saturday, but with the network shutting down Friday and not coming back up until Sunday, I couldn't do a thing.

      Such was explained and apologized for. I always hate when unexpected things get in the way, but thankfully everyone had their package shipped out on Monday.
