1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Friends2BMade clothes, Tons of pictures, great guide to fit! :)

Jan 6, 2006

    1. Hi Wasabi
yes some of them do ...depending on what doll you have. Some of them will fit only the slimmer minis. Since the F2BM dolls have flat chests, shorter arms & legs, most of the long sleeve shirts & pants are only going to be 3/4's sleeve or shin length on msd's.

Here is a database that usagi32211 ( i think ) put together. http://otakulemonade.com/f2bm/index.html If you get some clothes you can email her and add what your doll fits into.

      I quote

    2. Do you know how long this is going on for and if it's in every store?

    3. I think someone wrote you can return the clothes for a refund. If they don't fit your doll.

    4. Yay! That helps me a ton! I'm going to try to talk my mom into taking me tomorrow, I hope it works! (And I hope the buy a $5 gift card get $5 free thing is available in all stores... and I hope I can buy as many as I want haha!)

    5. I didn't think to ask. I can call tomorrow and get more details tho.

    6. Some people bring their mini to the store. I guess it would depend on the store, but I think some were able to try the clothes on in the store.

    7. Sweet, thanks a ton! I'll call tomorrow, if you haven't replied, it's just my cell phone minutes are 7 cents a minutes now O.O If it is in every state, I'll probably (definantly) go tomorrow and if you can double them up (like buying 5 $5 gift certificates and get the extra $5 on each of them) I'll be going back every week for a while haha

Carolyn--- I've decided to bring my girl for sure, and try on what I can... It's bound to be crowded tomorrow if I end up going, so I might have a bunch of little girls trying to get to her... I was kind of hoping to go during a weekday but if they have that $5 gift certificate deal, I'll be going tomorrow

    8. I've made a HUGE update to the database. I went thru the F2BM website and pulled out every clothing item they've ever listed and put them on the database. Now I'll be able to really add information from this thread since a lot of sold out outfits are shown here.

    9. The store near me let me try clothes on my girl on friday. The employee was also really curious when she saw my dolls and I ended up giving her a bunch of websites so she could check them out.

    10. btw motivated by this thread I tried on the older sleeveless shirt with the big red cherries that says sweet and matching skirt on my Dollmore Torrie the top fits fine and the skirt really doesn't fit or doesn't close when it looks right.

The black top with the pink heart & pink ribbons on the sleeves like this except black fits and is very cute.

I have the solid pink bra & panty set.

The panties fit fine, I will check the bra tomorrow but I think I don't put it on my girl because it looked odd on her or under clothes. this bra is kinda of padded.

    11. I love your database. I have been want to put something together like this. I have some picture on my computer at work saved. I can see if you have them all. Kim

    12. I've sent you an email with what fits my Little Leroi. The only thing that really doesn't are the shorts.

    13. Definately take your girl with you. Put her in something simple that looks nothing like their clothes and just try things on. You only need to try one pair of panties or tank top as the patterns are all the same. Some things may fit too big and some too small.

Take larger dolls too, the clothes some in 2 different sizes, minis fit the smaller size.

    14. Wow. Such a beautiful Doll!! The clothes are fantastic!

    15. My girls have a lot of Friends 2be made pieces. They vary wildly in the fit, particularly the skirts, and shorts. I have no long pants. Tops are the easiest to fudge on.

The blue, pink, and white tops, as well as the denim skirt, and white shorts are Friends 2be made.

I checked the Build A Bear store at the Disneyland Mall last week . It is a HUGE store and they carried several Friends clothing sets, some of which are not on the web site. I didn't buy any new pieces as there was nothing I couldn't live without.

    16. Sakura: I'm glad you brought up Wacky Bear, I'd like to see if their stuff fits. I'll order some and check it out.

    17. Okay, I've checked out the site. My guess is that the clothes are not the correct cut to fit the dolls. The dolls are much narrower than the bears. I think the bear clothes might be a good place to start in terms of learning mending skills. I'm sure you could alter the clothes to fit.

    18. [IMG]

I bought this outfit for my Shoyo, the only "problem" area is the thighs, as the velcro doesn't close fully, but it okay, and the fact that they are short. The top was actually a bit big on her.

    19. Can you measure the length of the legs from like, the crotch down? I want to see if they'll be long enough for my Petite Ai before I take my trip there :)

    20. The Build a Bear bear clothes are impossibly big for a bjd and many of the critters have tails. They are round bodies and have even shorter limbs than the dolls. If you want to alter you'll have better luck getting patterns for 18" dolls and playing with those.

The right pants will work as capris on a girl.
