erick - Your girl is modeling two of my favorite new items - the black tank and the black lace over white shirt. I find the skirts often look too short/young for my tall mature girl. I do like the black bubble skirt and some of the longer bohemian ones.

Thanks to this great thread I have been able to stock up on a few of these clothes for my Narae...who should be home soon.
I have found the hats fit my larger dollfie's which is great! .

 

Hi, I thought I would share an experiment I did with a F2BM set I got recently. I ordered the bra and panties set for my DIM Odelia (named Shannon) but they did not fit in the top. She is quite busty for a MSD like some others. The padding in the top made it fit quiet badly. (See left side in the photos) So I cut the lining on the inside of the bra to get at the padding to remove it. If you make sure not to cut all the way though to the outside this can work. The foam padding needed to be ripped and cut out to remove it. I did not bother to sew up the inside since its a knit and won't ravel/fray. Nor will this side be seen. I think it worked great, see the right side of the chest.



Also this is Shannon in one of the newer sets. I love this set but the only thing is that her nipples come though the decorative stichining in just the wrong place. There is nothing I can do to fix it either. Maybe a tub top in flesh tone under it?



PS the wig is nicknamed "Bad Hair Day" and I just teased an old wig I was goint to throw out to see what I would get. Its the only wig I have for her right now. She is annoyed at this too.....

 

I sort of stumbled on to this thread. I'm really glad I found it. I only have 2 msd's and have bought a few things from Friends2BMade. Most fit fairly well. When I get the chance, I'll check to see what I have and add to the size chart. I have a SoulDoll Miryu, who is busty with a badonka donk butt. I also have an AOD Jing Ge. His pants were short, but are worn as long shorts and the shirt was large, but still looked okay. It sort of has that oversized hip hop look. My girl has the cheerleading outfit that TheSaint gave her. It fits pretty well. The top is large and the skirt is short. But it is a cheerleading outfit. She needs panties with it. I got a couple of newsboy caps that will fit my sd's.

 

Maybe trying sewing a lining into the shirt, just to cover the openings, so you can't see the dollybits beneath?

 

This shirt looks excatly like the one I saw a guy wearing on the show Degrassi.

I added a black skirt underneath to add a touch of length and fullness.


Added the black leggings otherwise her she'd moon us all

Both outfits fit ok. A bit loose at the waist and short in length, but overall too cute and cheap to pass up.

The pirate looks adorable!

If I had the witch, I would be tempted to remove the black netting upper bodice and collar, maybe leaving a zig-zag fringe of netting along the top of the bodice front and back. Then I would pull the dress down and slide the sleeves off-shoulder. Probably have to tighten it a bit too if it was moved down.

I have to say, thanks so much for this thread. I was fretting about starter clothes for my girl, and thanks to info here I ordered a set of clothes that should do just fine.

For the curious I got a polka dot bra+panty set, the red/white/blue striped rugby/lace-up tee, which is adorable, the blue top with the tattoo-like 'love' design, lime lace top, the lace capri set, a black lace skirt, and fuschia shorts. Once I have my girl I will take pictures. She's a Sprite on the less mature Bobobie girl body, which I don't think has been posted here for fit yet.

 

I love some of the new F2Bmade clothes but I can't buy them at the moment TT_TT

DZ shoyo in the pirate outfit. ^_^ Fits all right, I've pulled it way tight in the back, and I'll pin it when she wears it for the halloween meet. So -short-! The tights are Teen Trends, as are the shoes.

 

The Pirate outfit is so short! Thanks to Lady_Chance, I know what Morgan can wear underneath!

I'm VERY interrested in seeing how they fit her since I'm planning on ordering a Sprite next week! And she'll be my first MSD

 

Lucky for you, I just tried everything on. No pictures, though, because my camera is dead.

For reference, this is on Bobobie's less mature girl body:

Lime Lace Top : Really wide and loose. Disappointedly so.

Love Tee : Adorable. A little bit big, but comfortable. Very tomboyish.

Red, White, & Blue Lace-up Shirt : Slightly wide, but again, in a good way. The neckline, however, is HUGE (about 5 cm--her shoulders are only 9cm across, so) so if that will bother you, avoid this.

All these shirts were quite long enough, no tummy gap.
Lace Capri Set : No longer available. The top fits alright, very stretchy, quite cute, and the halter top part of it is adjustable so it sits well.

The pants, as you may gather from the rest of the thread, fit kind of terribly. I pulled at those suckers until they closed, but I didn't keep them on long enough to see if they'd stay that way. The weird double velcro definitely showed on each leg. Still cute from the front. I might remove the velcro and install a weird lace-up system to make them less tight.

Polka Dot Bra and Panty Set : The bottoms are a bit tight, and the elastic keeps folding under and slipping down her bum, resulting in plumber butt. The top needs the padding taken out because it looks ridiculous and rides up a little. The back doesn't fit perfectly... all in all just a very awkwardly fitting (though it technically works) set.

Fuchsia Heart Shorts : These are very adorable and so I am SO sad that they wouldn't close under any circumstances. I thought they might fit because the quoted size of her 'bottom' is 17.5cm, but at the fullest area she's really closer to a standard 18.5/19cm hip size.

Black Lace Skirt : You have to fasten it at about bellybutton height, and it is of course somewhat short, but it looks nice and fits well.

That's all I got (I didn't want to go overboard and end up returning half my order) but it's better than her going naked.
