    4. I didn't even recognize him as a rei, for some reason! I thought it was a different face! How interesting. I love her elf ear sculpting, but I havent even done anything with my n.rei yet if it were the bigger version of the rei head, then...... maybe.....

      I also got a noel! I like him a lot! Not done anything with him either, though, of course. Maybe while I'm off for the holiday break!

    6. The 72 size bodies might be a bit too small, but the DT 18yr boy body might work! I also saw a Rei with the DF-H 75 body on Instagram that looked amazing!!

    7. I own nothing that makes sense for n rei, but hopefully these bodies can provide some approximate point of reference. Unfortunately, the way doll companies measure things is ALL over the place (especially shoulder, I've found) so this really only throws more numbers into the void

      Measurements are mine, not company's. I measure shoulder by the exterior of the shoulder ball, behind the neck, to the exterior of the other shoulder ball. I measure neck circumference by the widest part of the top of the neck

      Nothing ever fits the granado, so no shock there, but it looks like it actually would kinda work, if you modded the neck beyond all recognition? but I was surprised it actually almost suits the 28m, if the neck weren't a mile long, too (common problem). Iirc, the granado and 35s are advertised as 75cm bodies, the April Story a 65ish, and the 28m a 70cm

      So, if I had to grab a guess, I'd say no shorter than 70cm (full height), shoulders no less broad than 15cm, though wider may be better? But the proportions of any given individual body can really make or break it, too...

    8. @Chikku My problem is that I don't like beefy or muscolar dolls, so I'm looking for slim alternatives. Yeah, the miracle doll is muscolar, but the normal 72 cm has such weird legs :shudder

      @Xila Thank you so much for the pictures! I don't mind how the head looks on the 11 cm neck tbh, but I think the 15 cm shoulders width may be too small (or at at at least, in that picture the head looks huge to me).

    9. @Demiurgo - i found my n.Rei head, and i've got the DT 17 & 18yr bodies out already, i'll take some pics over the weekend :thumbup
      he really looks good on the ID75, and weirdly he's sort of OK on the dollzone B70-004 which has 16.5cm shoulders too, maybe because he's a little smaller proportions than 1.0 Rei?

      Does anyone have an IOS 80cm? maybe better for Rei 1.0 tho....

      @Chikku - i'm so sad i missed Noel, somehow he just slipped by and he's gorgeous. i can't wait to see yours!

      Rei 1.0 is really too big for these bodies, though maybe could get away with the DT 18 with the right clothes and wig.
      i am so frustrated with the lighting i have, apologies in advance for that. hopefully the way i have them lined up can help a bit.

    18. Thank you so much! Glad I saw that before I grabbed him a a body! Like you say the 18 looked like it could work, with a bit of cheating for 1.0, and it worked-ish for n.Rei I thought, but with his head turned, somehow it still felt off to me.

      I think I’m just accepting that Rei gets to be tall now ahah.

    20. just a quick correction about the labelling on the hybrid pics.
      when i put the pics up, i accidentally labelled the first body type as the Supergem 2016, but it was DollZone B70-004.
      I've fixed it now.
      the Supergem is even smaller in comparison, only 13cm wide shoulders, so probably won't work with either Rei.
      i had the SG out to take pics for a different requested head and got mixed up. sorry for any confusion!
