1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Fullset outfit not available until...? Still order? Or wait? Anyone seen this before?

    1. Yes!! She is amazing in just the little fur and beads! Maybe I can do something like that. She is pretty fantastic to cover all up with clothes, anyway! :D

    2. Sorry I never replied to this! ;;^^ I made this pleather butcher-apron for Santiago (front / back) - anything more structured than that would've been quite beyond my capabilities! I had to seek some help with the grommet-setter, but the construction is basically dirt-simple: it hangs round his neck & ties in the back. Pants underneath.

His default outfit is a smock that laces up the sides - basically a rectanglular panel with a hole that goes over the head (though this one also has a fancier high collar), & loops on the side to pass the lacing through. I don't have a very clear pic, I'm afraid, but maybe here you can see the laces on the sides.

Likewise, Bruno's default outfit involves a vest, which laces up on the sides & then velcros shut in front. The side-laces are cleverly hidden by an obi (also velcro-close).

I bet there's even more styles of female clothing that could be adapted, since your doll is female (tube tops, etc); this is all that my boy-imps have. I think the idea is that you can take anything sleeveless, cut open the bottom of the arm-hole & replace it with laces/other fasteners, and voila! Your multi-armed friend is ready to gesture. :)

    3. (OMG, is Santiago ever cuuuuuute in his apron!!)

These are great ideas, thank you so much! Maybe my Shiva will inspire me to try making some clothes for the first time!
