I orderd Taurus Carlos from Alices Collections back in 2023 23th of september and he was shipped in 2024 the 21st of january! I got him in tan with extra arm and legs. This ofcourse was awhile ago so not sure if its still the same

I really love the edward doll, tho I am a bit disappointed at the very stark difference between the concept blade hands and the actual doll hands, ill probs still pre-order XD I love the variety of faces!
I love the two new ones, both have such great expressions, the angry one on Edward must be my favorite, but the dismissive one is great too. On Mira the distain and shy faces are my favorites. I wish you could order the doll with all of them or at least two of them.
You can order the heads separate so you could just add that to the order. I don't NEED more dolls this year, I don't NEED more dolls this year. lol. It doesn't look like these are limited at least, so there's time.
has anyone else found that gem of doll's bodies are INSANELY hard to restring? like for real i had a devil of a time restringing my new carlos Taurus beast

Hi!! I've been looking into Gem of Doll lately because my wife quite likes them. I have heard horror stories a long while in the past of Gem of Doll having poor customer service and bad packing jobs resulting in broken dolls. Has their quality improved at all? Have your recent experiences with them been better than earlier years? They really have such beautiful dolls and fullsets..
I have two of their dolls and never had any issues with them, both were bought directly from their site and I was able to do layaway and change skin color to tan etc. Both arrived well packed and they're lovely and I have nothing bad to say at all. I don't remember what year exactly I bought my Nymph and Bmoth, but it was likely either 2023 or 2024 so pretty recent.
I have a tan Capricorn from 2021 that I ordered through Alice's Collections (acbjd.com) she was well packaged, though her box got a bit dented. She arrived in perfect condition. She also shipped pretty quickly. I only waited a month for her.

I received my Adelise on July 31st. I ordered the full set with blushing and everything. The doll arrived in perfect condition. The outfit was perfect and functional; it fit the doll well, and I put it on her without any problem. The face paint and blushing were flawless.Her eyes were like the ones in the photo, one honey-brown and one blue. Her hands were immaculate, and her entire body was carefully packaged. Even the box arrived safely. I ordered her through Alice's Collections. They sent it to USA, my courier service received it for me and they sent it to my country, Venezuela. If Gem Of Doll ever sells again Bmoth Three Eyes Ver's fullset, It will be difficult to resist the temptation to buy him too.
Their quality has definitely improved. I've bought four dolls from them over the last 4 years since 2020, and all have arrived quick with faceups and clothing being a near match to their product photos. My first doll was bought through gem's us site while the rest were bought via Alice's Collection (and layaway). I think Gem did some upgrading behind the scenes, as their team now seems to be doing far better compared to what it was like pre-covid. The only one who I felt didn't live quite up to par was surprisingly my first from them. Clothing and wig didn't fully match n had some flaws, but the doll itself was lovely, and she arrived super fast from what I remember. And again, this was bought in 2020 so she's the only "outlier" out of the 4 who's the most reflective of old Gem. I really have no other issues or complaints since. I wouldn't have kept buying dolls (and clothes) from them if I did. xD
