Gender Preference?

I prefer female dolls! I love the cute faces

 

I really love that male dolls are more prevelant in BJD companies rather than fashion doll companies. I prefer more gender neutral dolls as a lot of my characters are gender neutral, but I do love boys being more available. I prefer girl dolls from most companies because I like curvy bodies (although I try to have a large spectrum of skin tones/body types in my collection). I also like but wouldn't buy a lot of male dolls because the majority are ripped with a 6 pack and I prefer a softer build for boys.

 

My first SD arrived and I just adore her! The SD size is my fav at the moment. I also just acquired four Yo-SDs which I adore (anime character based) but my SD still reigns queen. Two of the Yo-SD are male and I love them in this size, but would like a male SD sized doll as a husband for my girl SD

 

I am with you oh that! I would like some mild muscle definition if I do get a male SD but not too much (nothing against muscular male bodies they are gorgeous but just not in a doll for me at least not right now)

 

Regarding toys in general I don't have a real preference, but in dolls I definitely prefer girls.

When I started this hobby, I always imagined having both simultaneously. But now that I am in the hobby, I find myself always buying girl dolls and putting boys on the back burner XD

The only boy I have is 9S and that because my hand was "forced" due to his limited availability. I hope to buy a SWITCH soon though since the character I shelled my Miwa with has a husband and I'd love to take couple pics of them :'3

 

I own mostly boy dolls lol I own a girl sculpt but on a boy body. I think i only have two girl dolls and one is actually femme nonbinary so lol.

 

At the beginning, I think I'll only have boys, I do like male's body line much more.
But now I already have 5 girls at home, because they are sooo cute and beauty, I can't control my hand to not click the "BUY" buttom. LOL

 

Going in, I thought I definitely want a male doll for my first doll, I'll probably only have males.... Now I have two girls and one mostly fem gender fluid doll

I used to collect mostly girls, but now like 90% of my doll plans are boys, haha. I feel like it's easier to find unique looking boys? Or maybe that's just the companies I like.

My dolls represent little aspects of my own life experiences…expressed in a rather fairytale-like way. So it’s only natural that the vast majority of them are female like me. I do however have a small handful of boys, which were best suited to the task in some way. Regardless, I love them all equally…but yeah, I’m far more likely to bring home a girl sculpt.

 

All but two of my dolls are girls. I like making girl's clothes much more than guy's. I sold my boy minifee because I just never wanted to sit down and make him anything. But I love dressing and redressing my girl dolls!

 

Girls! I guess it' because I can relate better to them, if that makes any sense
The clothes and wigs that they can wear are also, in my opinion, much cuter!

 

Hmmm, I've been more drawn to male dolls. I like looking at other people's girl dolls, but as of yet I have no desire to own one. I'm a sucker for the pretty boy aesthetic, and I wish I could pull of the look myself. XD

 

I tend to move towards male dolls. Though I do find female dolls attractive but not to the point of owning them. There's just something about male dolls that I find hot that makes me to want to stare at them

 

I love the fashion for girl dolls but I honestly find myself only wanting boys. I would like a relatively "generic" busty girl to dress up in lots of fun outfits at some point though
