German BJD companies/artists?

Jul 5, 2023

    1. I was browsing Wikipedia last night, and it explained that the modern BJDs that arose in Asian countries were inspired by older ball jointed dolls from France and Germany made of other materials. This got me thinking...I know of several French BJD artists, and artists from other other European countries like Spain, and I know there's a huge Russian boom of BJD artists at the moment. But I haven't heard much about BJD artists from Germany (the only one that comes to mind is on youtube, and she's excellent but her dolls are OT for this forum).

German members of Den of Angels, do you know of German BJD companies and artists? Is there a BJD creator scene in Germany?

    2. Nova/Sona and I think the cat thing she also had are proper BJD though, even if they're offtopic due to DoA's...interesting rules regarding on/off-topic dolls, so I'd personally count her.
Other than that we're definitely some kinda BJD desert.

    3. I'm not german but I have a german BJD head if I'm right. The company is called Les Enfants Terribles and is by @ChocoDecadence . You have a thread about LET heads here

    4. Meeksdolls is located in Germany, Quadriga Dolls too.

There are even more, I can't remember the names but there are quite a few more.

    5. Hello, I have artist BJDs from Germany from Miradolls and Atelier Cynamon. But both have stopped their attractive work :-(

    6. Oh, these are cool! I like how expressive the faces are.
