Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     6. I'm female and I know there are beautiful girl dolls but only have boys. I can't seem to bond with girls. It's just because I love BL and I'm big fan of yaoi mangas, anime, novels, games, etc.

    7. I voted in this a long time ago, but figured I may as well comment. I'm female, and my collection has been more or less balanced ever since it had more than one doll (since it's a little tough to be balanced with one ;) )

      At current, I have 27 full dolls. Of those dolls, 13 have male body sculpts/are male characters, 11 have female body sculpts/are female characters, and the remainder are genderless sculpts (one definitively female, one referred to as male but not truly known, and one who still hasn't quite told me). The two I have on order are both genderless sculpts, as well (one referred male but unknown as above, and the other is again not telling). And there's a floating head here that's a female character, who's just been waiting patiently on a body for a long time.

      This year's planned sculpts are two females and one male, and some bodies as replacements or to finally take care of that floating head, so the balance seems determined to continue!

    9. I'm female - I currently have more boys than girls, but that's mostly becuase I'm a lot more fussy when shelling my female characters. I can never seem to find female sculpts that exude the right kind of attitude (in fact one of my female dolls has male headsculpt). There are many female OCs waiting for the right doll to come along!

    13. I'm female, and I generally find female dolls more aesthetically appealing, although there are certainly exceptions.

      It has nothing to do with my IRL romantic preferences, as I don't see my dolls in those terms.

    17. I like my girl dollies, they are seemingly easier to sew for since I suck at pants! I am not too good at dealing with the bust issue however.

      I did *just* get my boy doll a few days ago, and I really like him.

      As far as attractiveness, as per your survey, I am bisexual and don't really think of my dollies that way anyway. I teased a bit of erotica featuring Sophie in NaNoWriMo last year but got squicked out by it and had to change the character name.

    18. I have more females than males (on the way, haven't yet arrived), but I find when I'm looking at the various doll companies I always seem to like the males more. I'm also most excited about the one boy I have on the way, so I guess I would say I prefer males. Although this could just be a current trend that will change because when I was first looking at dolls I had no interest in the males and only liked the females.
