Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023.     2. I actually had a good experience with Glory Dolls ordering. They sent my doll pretty quick and they responded to me emails fast as well.

    3. Isenn: I had a pretty good experience too, only had to wait a couple of days on average for replies to questions. I think its a luck of the draw thing with them. Also I'd heard enough stories of poor communication that I didn't really have very high expectations, so it didn't take much to make me happy XDDD

    7. OMG I picked up my dolls today! They are both amazing, but Lucy... she has been my dream doll for so long and when I opened her, I cried. :whee: I am absolutely in love with her, she might have instantly become my favorite of my girls so far. I did do her faceup almost right after she got here, and I'll make sure to take some pictures and post them in here. :dance

    8. hello =]

      im pretty new to glorydoll but im looking for three or four realistic sculpts that would work for some female dolls i am planning, and two out of the three i like are glory dolls (karin and karl)

      but while i was looking at the face up chart at the bottom i noticed the doll pictured for the charisma face up is perfect, but im not sure what doll that is...does anyone know?

      oh and will glorydoll send male heads on female bodies?

      edit: oops. just found out karin and karl are the same head..

    9. Yeah, Karin/Karl are the same head, as is Lucy/Louis, just the girl and boy versions respectively. :)
      The Charisma faceup head looks like a Karin/Karl to me.


      Yay for extra shifts at work! I have enough to put my Lucy on layaway now. I've had her twin (a Goth Lucy 3rd edition) for a couple of months now, and I've been dying to get them all done up together. They're going to be conjoined twins. X3

      I can't say any word because everything of her is too beautiful. The original outfits are good, and she comes with the mask she wears in the official pictures which I didn't expect for.:thumbup

    15. I've had my Louis for a few months now and I'm quite happy with his posing, he stands easily and is well balanced. Sitting can be a bit more difficult but he sits very well when slouched(when you pop out his torso joint and make him slouch forward a little). It also looks cute XD He has quite limited movement with his wrists, but other than that I find he poses as well as most of my other dolls. Because of his size I find him very easy to handle and pose, he's not too big or heavy :)

      I have him strung quite floppy btw, and didn't do any wiring or sueding or anything-I like my dolls floppy ^^ I hope that was helpful <3

    16. I have a ltd edition doris from glorydoll I ordered her in august/september and didnt get her till january, but she is beautiful and the guys at glorydoll always answered my questions and packaged her really well.

      i just saw her for the first time on the marketplace yesterday and knew i had to have her for one of my characters. i don't know how i've not seen this company before! anyway, i'm very excited. will probably do some light modifications to her when i have the time. will definitely post some pics! :)

    20. My Lucy's body had the same problem with not wanting to sit up very easily. I wired her legs and it took care of that problem. I'm so much happier the way she poses now because it always bugged me that she wouldn't sit by herself.

      Sorry if this has already been done by someone else and I missed a previous post.
