I feel your pain. Been a long time waiting on my two. However, I'm sure they'll ship as soon as the problem is solved. They don't want stock hanging around any more than we want to wait. Hope they find an answer soon.

I got my 15Lucent! But they forgot to blush it and do the face-up Unfortunately I can't resend the doll back to them to do the blushing and face-up because apparently China is discouraging incoming packages.
Gosh...how are people tracking them? All my shipping link gives me is a page in Chinese and no number. And I got no email notification. Sniff....
I actually did not get the tracking number. It suddenly just appeared in my mail box. After I received it, then the tracking number appeared in my order page.
Wow everyone’s dolls are so close!! Mine hasn’t left china yet lol I got my tracking via email and uses sf express to track. According to them, it won’t get here until the 16th. But that’s if it moves in the US, and there is about zero chance of that happening lol
I got an email with the tracking number, also SF Express. Mine updated and says it’s in my town, so either today or tomorrow, and this long wait can finally be over. Ordered Dec16th, 2021, and delivered in July 2022.

My Lucifer Evolve is still "awaiting shipment" and I have no tracking # for my tiny guy and no email. Sniff. Aw well, they'll just be a nice surprise addition to my every increasing resin to-do list.
Thankfully, yes, they offer to refund it. I am considering whether to use this refund to body blush Bayou doll. Does anyone have any advice about whether I should body-blush, hand-blush and feet-blush the Granado doll? I mean, quality wise, whether it's worth it?
I mean, I just spent several hours cleaning the blushing off a doll that turned black from a black dress… and another of my blushed dolls is chipping all over (including his many tattoos), so whether it’s worth it not really depends on how much added maintenance you’re looking to do. Or how much dirt and damage you’re willing to ignore. I’ve never had an SF express tracking no before- do they track from a US delivery co too, like USPS, or just SF the whole way?
