Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I used www.sfexpress.com to track my package. You have to put SF in front of the tracking number, like SF##### for it to work. It was in Chinese and English and showed a map and where your package was. I don’t think SF uses the usps as their tracking number isn’t compatible with usps.

      Edited to add, that Oh, my gossssh! He is so delicate! His fingers are so thin it makes me afraid to just look at them as they may break. Also Granado sent quite a few extras I didn’t order: two feet types; high heel and ballerina , and second set of hands. Did these come as part of the doll? Anyway, they are so tiny and well sculpted I’m blown away! The whole doll is an amazing sculpture I can hold in my hands.

    3. I have photos on my Flickr of my tiny guy, who told me his mane was Luke. Luke's arrival and some other photos of him. I'm planning on taking more. He is a tiny wonder. I was able to use the quick change hooks to switch out his hands for the pegs so I could put some clothes on him. They work really well. He is not terribly tightly strung but he is definitely not loose. He has kips in his hips and his neck.
      Poses like a dream too.

    5. No wig yet and I'm going to try to make eyes from the smallest seed beads. I bought 1/12 action figure sweatpants and hoodie, so he could be dressed while I make some clothes for him.
      I will probably be making his wig too.

    7. I have finally finished paying the layaway for my Lucent doll. I took a little longer because I decided to go for the poseable hands as well. So now I need to spend some time making clothes and buying accessories :)

    9. Yes! He is 15cm and so tiny but adorable, he told me his name was Luke and I shouldn't argue with him about it. He fits quite well with my 1/12 synthetic human.

    11. I'm going to try to make some eyes with 2mm glass beads. I have to take off his head to put eyes in. I found that the 2mm beads fit just fine. Now I need to try match up some of the beads since they are pretty much unique in size and shape and the hole size. First attempt didn't go well but since acrylic comes off glass pretty easily I'll try a different way.
      I know know buying their clothes is an expensive deal because I have 12 of the little 1/6 dudes. $$$$$ has wings flying away almost as much as the bigger dudes clothes and stuff.

    15. I know there are some sellers on Taobao, although I don't know of any off the top of my head... (I make my own wigs.) 3.5" wigs should fit him, or anything designated 3/4. I'm not sure what style you're looking for, but Parabox might have something for you?

    17. For Taobao, it's usually easier to go through an agent rather than try and register directly as a foreigner which can be hit or miss. I use Yoybuy, but there are many services you can use--BJD Bhiner is a popular one, as well as Spreenow. Here's a newbie guide to Taobao on Tumblr. The site can be pretty temperamental though for those outside of China.

    19. Another question from me. I’ve looked at the eyes on Granado and they don’t do any dark enough - I want dark brown- but I also can’t find any 6.5mm online. I have found 6mm and 8mm. I’m assuming 8mm would be too big? Could I get away with the 6mm or would they be too small? Would it be better to get the oval shape ones or would the round ones be better? I did actually order some 6mm ones and they’re so small ( and also faulty as one eye has a perfectly round pupil and the other is kind of flattened on the top). I can’t try them until I get my Lucent and as I only just paid the layaway off I have no idea how long it will be until I get him.

    20. 6mm eyes work just fine! I have 6mm eyes in my boys. The extra half a mm doesn't do much. ;) And the ones I've bought are round. Unfortunately the seller I bought them from no longer sells eyes, but you can find a few who do sell 6mm eyes. SecretArtStudio on Etsy makes beautiful resin eyes!
