Oh, how cute! She's looks so proud, too. That's good to know, too. I think Adori is just enough smaller than my other 1/6 dolls to open up a different range of clothes, tops at least.
Finally my babies arrived home. I am not at home for the weekend so can't do anything with them until I get home. I will post up some pictures when I get home to them.

These little Adoris are SO sweet, and the photos of the new doll, Nanni, on Haru's Tumblr are just precious! I have been enjoying those photos through my whole weekend! For me, even though the dolls are small, they're not small enough, but if I am able to make my own dolls someday, I will aim for something naturally charming like Adori and Nanni. Nothing against Pukis, which are very cute in their own way (Pong is hilarious), but I really like the realism of the sculpts. Also, interesting fact which I found out by reading reviews and their Tumblr: the teeth in the smiling mouth are removable and are held on with putty like eyes!
Actually my friend did the face ups, I wasn't feeling the confidence (eyebrows are HARD <and I've done Art School> ) and my eyesight hasn't been what it s hould be. I'm just tickled to bits with her. I've just gotten eyes from ChocolateTsang (on etsy) that arrived today and put them in just now. black AND sparkly. Her little friends are Mort and Anubis (from Rement)
Good to know on the eyes. I'm having a hard time finding dark eyes that show up. I ordered some for my Adori that ended up much darker than on my computer, enough so that you can't even see the pupils without shining a light directly on them. I've been on the hunt!
I specifically looked for low dome eyes, which these are and they fit much better. Also re: Ken clothes seem to be mostly OK but so far Aki has been borrowing clothes from my Littlefee.
All these tanned Adori's are so adorable! I saw a couple of posts about it on Haru's tumblr about a Nanni giveaway, but I cant find any details about it. Does anyone know yet?
As far as I've seen so far, the only details he's given out is that there will be 5 full Nanni's given away, and the giveaway will run from November 1 through the 10th. I don't think any other info has been released.
He said on Instagram that he would give all the details about the giveaway on 10/31, so keep an eye out for that! And the next sale is planned for December sometime. No word yet if it's just Nanni, or if Adori dolls will also be offered.
@DollSewist, thanks for the info! I've been following Haru on tumblr, flickr, facebook--ready to pounce when he offers Nanni, but I'm not on Instagram. When he started posting about a giveaway I thought maybe I'd somehow missed a sale period, glad to know that's not the case.
