Oh, that's too bad! Does anyone know if the shoes fit CP dolls OK? It'll be interesting to see, I guess, since I ordered several... and am tempted to order more. but maybe I'll wait!!!

 

Well, rats... I ordered twice on friday because I forgot some items. Of course they did NOT combine the orders... it all seems to be automatic, so I wasn't really sure who to contact about it. Oh, well!

 

They combined orders for a friend of mine. seems they do it sometimes, when they feel like it. They didn't combine for me, either.

ATTENTION EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!! is there another "sherry" here who ordered some stuff? IF SO PLEASE PM ME -------------- you will want to hear this.

 

Globalsea: oh, that's gorgeous. your pix of the purple make it seem richer than in the magazine. now I wish I'd bought one.

april: they wouldn't combine mine either. SHOES are a problem for me. I bought the peach mules and my CP Lishe barely fits into them. If they had a back, her foot wouldn't go in!

I love your Lishe in that floral dress she fills it out so well. That was the only thing I disliked about the Skye doll. I think it would have been better if she had a slightly larger chest.
Also Padawan I like the eyes you picked much better then the eyes she came with the greyish green shade seems to make her a little more a little deeper looking. The sky blue eyes with her face I think almost make her look a little vapid.

 

I can't say about CP dolls - the blue shoes fit my Volks Luna. The black shoes fit my Elfdoll Lydia with some work. The white shoes (which are from the reorder) would probably fit a Volks with a little work.

The mules fit my Customhouse old style body just fine.

 

I made two orders back to back and they combined those and shipped it almost immediately. I think they might combine when they can - but it might be already too late if they are several hours apart? I couldn't believe how fast they shipped the stuff out. It was almost instant!

 

Thanks! I actually ended up with the sky blue eyes again, just for a change - it does alter her face/expression quite a bit!

 

Oh I love the fashions on these.

 

Padawansguide, Globalsea, and petiteballerine thank you so much for all of the photos of your beautiful girls in their gowns. And I think that Sky looks even prettier for real than she did in the magazine.

And I wish that my Volks girls filled out their dresses a little bit more in the bust area too. I think that I may have to find a way to add a little padding.... I was wondering if any of the corsets or the gathered top would fit under any of the gowns on a Volks SD10 or SD13 girl. There is room in the bust area but I'm not sure that there is enough room in the rib cage area or waist.

Padawansguide: Do any of the shoes other than the blue ones fit your Luna? I would have thought that the white and blue shoes would be the same. Have you tried the black shoes or the peach mules on her?

Or has anyone else been able to fit any of the shoes on a Volks girl?

And surprisingly, my first HD order (that I placed Friday morning) arrived unexpectedly today. I never did get a confirmation email or a shipping notice on that one -- it just showed up! And I was lucky and I did manage to get one of the wired panniers! I also ordered the floral stripe dress, but it looks to me like they had to change the fabrics slightly when they remade them. The stripes are definitely different, but I'm not sure if anything else was changed.

 

I got the purple shoes and they fit my SD13 Volks girl. They're a bit shallow and gap ever so slightly on the sides, but they went on her feet easily without a problem.

 

Rivers: Do you have the satin white shoes with the full back heel (not slippers) ?

Do they fit too?

 

sunflowerdoll - I'm so glad you got your panniers!

Here's the white shoes (redorder) on a Volks SD-13. I had to do some gentle stretching of the back of the shoes, but I got them on without damaging them. I was able to do the same with the blue shoes previously. And I got the black shoes to fit an Elfdoll, and they have notoriously big feet. Fortunately the shoes are fairly soft and pliable, so with a little coaxing, they'll go on..

The elfdoll does she have slim feet though or are they wider than SD? I found the white full back ones to be very slim.

 

I haven't tried the white shoes on an Elfdoll, but typically she's got very big feet. I'm not sure about width, but the black shoes did fit..

 

I made my order within minutes of each other... One of the items had either dropped off or had been forgotten my mistake, so I had to order it separately.

petiteballerine Your Elf Lishe looks lovely in that outfit! Hmm... too bad the shoes are small. I ordered a pair for my Elf Lishe/Juri (they share a body). At least they are mules...

I wish there'd been some sort of way to leave a comment to make sure to combine the order, when I made the order... (or WAS there and I just didn't see it?). Oh, well!

Now I'm trying hard to reisist the items that are still available! agh...
