Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     3. Gantaeno, at least Lati was open a long time for ordering these ltd. dolls, so I would think your chances are good for finding one on the secondary market.

      I wonder if Lati will be selling the dolls like this from now on? Not just limiting them to so few as in earlier orders? It would make sense from a manufacturing standpoint, they would make more money with more dolls.

    4. Might this be a compromise for no longer offering limited faceups with the premium makeup service? They may no longer offer those faceups on demand, but this way you at least have enough time to get your moneys in order so you can get a limited doll during the order period :)

      HerRoyalDemoness, I guess we'll find out over time. I hadn't thought of the connection with the premium face-ups.

      Certainly highly limited dolls are more profitable on the secondary market, but Lati wouldn't really benefit from that as much as a higher number of dolls sold directly by them.

    9. I hope you're right on both accounts :) There should be a limited Pury Yellow waiting for me when I get back home tomorrow, so I'll be able to stem the pain with that to comfort me :P Maybe another tan order will be opened when I have cash too ;)

      EDIT: TOTALLY annoyed: my Pury is here and I really don't mind the elf ears as much as I thought I would :P Ah well, maybe someone will be less plased than me and want to sell on their Coco when I have the money for her ;)

    14. I have just found this posting and I have enjoyed reading it.

      I am today where folks were 10 years ago. I am waiting for Lati to sponsor a new event. I am wishing and hoping just like they were.

      I think doll people are doll people, no matter the decade.
