I did receive a reply two or three days ago that CP was currently working on Dreaming Vampire Moon head (though not Elf type), which FairyLand planned to provide as an option for FeePle body. I wanted to have all the information about FeePle Body parts release before I updated the post but I only got the info just now.

 

Liria do you know if this head will be sold by LUTS too?

 

Dreaming Vampire Moon head that is provided with FeePle body is NOT going to be on sale at Luts website (only available as option parts to FeePle body). But currently we are not sure what would happen to Elf Dreaming Vampire Moon head - whether or not it will become available, and if it does, whether Luts will sell it or not.

Liria...is the head just a promotion or will it always be available with the body? If it's a promo how long does it run?

No it's not a limited time promo. The option heads for FeePle body is kind of like FairyLand's gift to the customers purchasing the body. More heads will become available for the body in near future. ^^
