1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Homes for BJDs?

Dec 26, 2016

    1. After many years of dreaming, I got a pair of cabinets with opaque doors I turned into a dollhouse for my minies and tinies. One of my large dolls is on his own on a shelf. I hope one day to finally pull another one of my large dolls out of storage to hang out on the same shelf.

    2. I have three dioramas that I'll occasionally put dolls in, but mostly they sit on the shelves of my desk. At least at the moment they do. Some times I shift things around since my space is so limited in my work/doll room, but they're always visible.

    3. I have very little space in my apartment, so in their boxes they stay. Sometimes I will being them out and just keep them away from windows.

    4. Mine live in the walk in closet, safe from the sun and my cat!

    5. My Baby Kumako is on a chaise that I originally got for my Asella girls, but it was getting crowded with four dolls sitting on it. :XD:They're just standing on their own shelf now, but they get a pretty backdrop at least. My Momonita shares a shelf with my Baby Kumako, although I would eventually like to make her a little room since she's a great size for dioramas.

    6. This was my setup for a long time, too. Cats: they can't be trusted! :vein

I now have a glass door display case in my living room, out of the sun, where my doll lives. There's a bunch of other junk in the case though, and I need to adjust the shelves so she can actually sit in a chair without bonking her head, and also hook up the light... One of the many things on my long to-do list *_*
