Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I think 1/2 would be the limit, for me...I cant imagine anything bigger than half my height.

    2. My boys are 65 and 70 cm. I dont feel like they are big or heavy, but its really nice to feel theu wight something, not like plastik hollow thigies. Also it would be really nice to have 80 cm doll :)
      From the collector's point, I dont think size is of a big issue, unless you dont have enought space, but if you play with dolls, handling big ones should be really hard.

      I only have one SD, but I think it's the perfect size for me. This is really a personal taste, i think. ^^'

    5. I would say my acceptation is any doll less than 60cm.
      I prefer smaller dolls like around 40 ish.

    7. My biggest (with his shoes on) is 65 cm, and i like to leave it at that, so my arms won't fall off if i want to take him somewhere :)

    8. Biggest one for me is 70, and even then it is hard to handle them sometimes. I dont think I could handle a 70 cm+ one, just couse of the weight and size of it. I have trouble finding space as it is with my Soom MDs >.<.

    9. I like the MSD sizes because they feel just right for me. Also, I'm going to a school out of state (from VA to GA) and I feel like they're more portable than larger sizes. Then, the larger sizes look to lanky for my taste (especially SOOM's).

    10. I sort of have the opposite opinion- I like 60-65cm SDs- no problem, and I love MSDs (they're the perfect travel size!) But I can't really manage with tinies- I don't like them. PukiFees and all that are waaaay too small, and they make me feel like a little kid again playing with tiny dolls. Just my opinion. I think the smallest I'd be willing to own is 30-35 cm. Smaller than that and they don't really feel like bjds any more! Not to mention, I'd have a devil of a time trying to paint them! I already struggle with my MSDs and SDs XD <--- isn't very good at faceups yet
      To answer the question (ahem; sorry >.<) I think anything over 65cm is waaaay too big for me- I don't want to feel like I have a child- I'm only 19!

      My current collection is between 70cm and 80cm. Had 2 others earlier but sold them since they were too short and out of scale to hang out with my new loves :(

      No plans to go bigger yet :)

    14. Size doesn't really matter (or weight) as long as I like the doll and that i'm able to meet his/her "needs". I'll be an owner of two msds by the end of this year or early jan. :3

      I started with a 60cm girl, then my next doll was a Soom monthly (so about 65cm in her hooves), and my latest doll will be about 70cm once his head arrives. Notice the trend? My next two dolls will be Mecha Angel girls. So yeah...they are growing!

    16. I think I could deal with something in the 50-60's in theory...but it will probably never happen. 30 cm is probably my real limit, but I'm a tiny person ^^; So I admire any size if I think they are pretty!

      "Too big" in my opinion, would be...those artist dolls that are as big as an actual child, and are meant to look like actual children. I think it would be freaky to look at them, especially from a distance... They'd feel too "real"...and my imagination would start playing tricks on me.

    18. I like tall dolls too. But they are really heavy..... if i buy one i think it would be 70c tall... a bigger doll is too heavy for me...
      but... if i could choose a size...i woud whish me a life-sized doll >_</ (i won't imagine me how heavy it would be @_@)
      but too small dolls aren't a choice for me....

I got my first doll a month ago and she's a BBB Elfkin and love her to bits but that did prove that i like bigger dolls better and i've decided she will be my only small doll. *nod nod nod* i hope to get a Lusion still sometime in the future so yeah i wont have a size limit hehe :aheartbea

    20. i have all the doll sizes and i really like my bigger dolls best. My 90cm hale is to cool for words and my 80cm mechas are to die for. The 70cm are so nice and sleek looking.
