1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

How do you store your BJD, clothes, and accessories?

Feb 5, 2015

    1. I don't have tons of clothing for my doll so for now I fit it all in an old makeup bag with a broken zipper that I just kinda have lying around.

    2. I have a separate drawer for doll stuff (clothes, eyes, wigs..) but I'm getting out of space in there so I might use several more big boxes *_*

    3. I keep them in a separate box, no matter size - but it's all getting too much & out of hand. Think I'll get a dedicated dresser for them.

    4. I keep them in a large box all together with shoes, wigs and eyes.

    5. I have a large snow station box that was for a snow cone maker station, that's where I store all of my dolly clothes.

    6. I still have a full chest to go through, but I actually bought cheap sandwich sized ziplocs to start storing my dolls wardrobe and outfits in versus just dumping them in the chest and praying I find them again. (I have this HUGE trunk I bought years ago that has a bunch of mustaches on it and I started stashing essentially everything in it) It's a lot easier to just organize by bags and see what's in there.

    7. Being a seamstress and being in the hobby for well over a decade, I've amassed a fairly large crew with quite a massive wardrobe over the years. Part of the creative fun for me is that most of them have unique fashion styles that I wanted to explore, so most dolls pretty much have their own wardrobe. For designated outfits with extra pieces I keep them in one-gallon zip lock bags, and for those with mix-and-match pieces I keep them in decorative boxes that are easy to sort through. And all of those then go into dedicated dressers throughout my home (with doll displays on top.) The exploration of fashion is a huge part of the hobby for me.:)

    8. Right now I've only got the one outfit for mine, but I still have a Ziploc bag of the SD fashion I had for my old Luts El. Easy way to store and keep track of the pieces.

    9. I've sewn so many its hard to find what I'm looking for when I go to change an outfit. Lots of good tips here I will look into doing. For right now I have them in zip lock bags inside a bigger bag. All categorized by style- Like edgy stuff in one bag, girly fancy stuff in another bag, boy stuff, and a bag of cute clothes. A lot of it is for dolls I don't even have yet.

    10. I put them in individual plastic (not necessarily ziplock) and to boxes according to their size.
Some of my dolls who is a bit more "special" to me, have their own small box, and those outfit wont be shared to their similar sizes dolls.

    11. I don't have a whole lot yet, so they're all in a shoebox.

    12. I have mine in underbed zipped fabric storage bags now. I've had them in boxes and bags but this is how they are now.

    13. My dolls have their clothes stored in a jewelry box shaped like a dresser that I got at Goodwill. It's a bit small, but my dolls don't have a lot of clothes.

    14. I have a drawer for all my doll stuff and I keep their clothes folded in a pile in there. I also have a couple of outfits that came in zip lock bags so I just store them in their original packaging.

    15. I dont really have many clothes yet cause I havent had the funds plus I only joined the hobby last September but I keep what I do have in a small cardboard box away from prying cat paws/noses haha she loves checking out my doll stuff

    16. i store my bjd's clothes in box ... i sew a lot so i have many boxes :3nodding:

    17. I have many 10cm*7cm*2cm boxes! They are pretty good to store yosd clothes.

    18. Everything is stored in either boxes (far too many boxes T_T' ), a doll wardrobe which was a lucky find or in a large bjd carry bag. But mainly boxes, sigh. I'm looking into a solution for the bjd clothing, hoping to find something that works soonish.

    19. This may come as a surprise but...the same box it came in lol I'm starting to see a pattern.

    20. Two small boxes are enough to store my dolls clothes so far.
