1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

How do you store your doll's clothes and shoes?

Dec 16, 2004

    1. I only have one Priority shipping box full of clothing..which sits on a bookshelf..and I have their wigs in a shoebox o,o I know..really stylish ^.^;

    2. My dolls haven't many clothes yet, so the ones I do have are stored in a box. When I have more clothes for each of them, they will all get their own box full of clothes. :)

    3. *_* Woah, old thread is old, but resurrected...

I just got a whole heap of clothes today...

And I was keeping my doll stuff in a 14.5L "Stackable storage box on wheels" I might need more... because I'm keeping all of my doll stuff in there atm, and it exploded today... 8DD

    4. On my desk, dresser, bed.... wherever they end up at the moment! :) I don't have many, and they are tiny outfits, so I don't have to worry about storing a huge amount of them... yet! Once I get into full swing with the sewing, there's no turning back. XD

    5. Ziplock bags in boxes. XP It's rather simple, but keeps them neat.

    6. Sonja Ooh!! Cool idea.

I currently have some boxes in a drawer to separate their clothes, shoes, and other items. It worked for a few weeks, then I started dumping the clothes in again at random. Ahahhaha! But I like the ziplock bag idea~ :D

    7. XD I found it's easier to not lose things. I fold each outfit and put it in its bag, label it, and then put it in a box. It makes it a lot easier to find things, too, but doesn't require a complicated system.

    8. In a BIG suitcase... With all of their other stuff. :)

    9. I have this big black basket type thing that sits next to where they sit on the shelf. It keep all of their stuff there. That way I can bury through it to find what I'm looking for but everything is also kept out of the way.

    10. I just throw everything into Jun's default box and a basket o__________O
I'm too lazy to fold them as I tend to rummage through the clothes when I find clothes for Jun
and will throw them around the box&the basket...

    11. i built a clothes rack for my girl Rinand hang her clothes up on little doll hangers. it makes it much easier to choose what I want her to wear for the day.

    12. I thought I saw a company selling BJD closets, but I cannot remember which company it was now :(

    13. In a plastic box/bin that has wheels. So I can push it around my room.

    14. anything that may get crushed or lost goes in a tupperware container and then all clothes get laid flat in a suitcase on wheels and the tub gets put on top. my momo's clothes go in a seperate box cause they are soooo little

    15. I keep all my doll clothes in big plastic box with a lid on it to keep dust away from it. I have sort the clothes on size. I own a cat so no cat hairs get on them. I dont have many shoes so I keep them on my crafting table.`

    16. I don't have much yet so I just stored it in my doll's box.

    17. Right now, I have miniRyuichi's extra things stored in a box and the rest/everyday wear is in his Pokemon lunchbox down visiting Oba-san Noriko!

Ryuichi-doll's things are either in a leopard-print photo box I bought, or in a bag I bought at a Japanese fair a few months ago.

And, there are a few things piled on miniRyuichi's bed right now, since he's not here...:sweat

    18. Well for me... I had 2 small boxes to fit in their shoes and wigs separately... But because the amount of shoes and wigs I had, I might need to change to a bigger one soon. >_> Their outfits I folded up all nicely and put in one clean transparent plastic bags with different category style of clothes and sizes all separately... Yes a lot of plastic bags needed and all this outfits I kept them in my own cupboard. Since I have 1 extra section out, so I used that section for dolls clothes only. Yet now is getting pile up and I might need to figure another way again... Haha...

    19. drawers, bins, and bags. to many kids, to many clothes. i put them where they will fit.

    20. all my doll clothes are shoved in a big ziploc freezer bag haha... i put them in there for a meet and never took them back out haha
