1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

How do you store your doll's clothes and shoes?

Dec 16, 2004

    1. For now I store my doll's clothes in the box he arrived in and little accessories and whatnot I store in small containers. I store wigs and shoes each in a separate larger container. I'll probably get better storage as his wardrobe grows and such..

    2. I don't have much clothing for my dolls. It's all stuffed in a small box ^_^ All the Kelly outfits for my Puki are in a plastic zipper pouch.

    3. I keep their stuff in three boxes, which I've put next to the doll room so I can easily acces them. I like to keep stuff organized.

In one cardbord box (a nice one with roses, not with 'beans in tomato sauce' or anything xD) I have five or six different bags in which I store pants, shirts, skirts, dresses and other random categories. It's much easier to find something this way. Complete outfits go in seperate ziplocks, and shoes are aligned on the sides.
In a similar box I store their wigs in their original boxes/nets of I still have them, or they just float around in the box. A third box contains their faceup and esthetics supplies.

    4. I'll probably keep everything in the original box that it came in, then put it in the box the doll came in. I know someone who keeps everything in tupperware.

    5. For the dolls themselves, I have a large plastic box that I put them in when they're not being photographed, changed, cleaned, or out on the bed with me. For their clothes... I have the big Tupperware boxes. MSD clothes go into a bag from Disneyland since I only have a couple of MSDs and tinies, and that bag is put in with the SD boys' box. And Amaleen...? Amaleen, being the girl of the bunch, gets her own Tupperware box. *facepalms at her*

    6. A converse shoe box. I'm SUPER creative. xD

    7. Same!
I keep eyes & jewellery and other random bits like spare feet in that box.
Wigs and shoes now go in a shipper box I've gotten,
and clothes go in an Iplehouse Box (that flat black one, they send FullSet outfits in :))

I'm longing for a proper storage cabinet/trolley though, plastic will do ;)

    8. I keep my girl's clothes in ziplock bags, then put them in my closet with my own clothes. 8D

    9. I Put My Dolls And Clothes In My 1998 (i Believe) American Girl Locker I Had Since A Child.it Works Very Well And I Think It Looks Cute.

    10. I put the clothes in my doll box ^_^

    11. I have boxes that i've decorated full of doll clothes wigs, shoes, etc..

my husband is buying me a small dresser for them yay!!

    12. I stored them in shipping box that they're originally from, including the eyes and wigs, and put them under my shelves. I'm lazy to find places to put because my house is super squeezy~ >_<

    13. I keep mine in one of my dresser's drawers, and actually, the clothes are folded better than all of my clothes.

dresses and formal wear hang on a clothes rack I have, also for my clothes, so its like blazer, blazer, dress shirt, Tiny dress, blazer, blazer

    14. I have bought those jewerly drawers from goodwill for my shoes.
First I thought of painting them neat, but never seemed to have time, I think they are perfect for my tiny size shoes

    15. For now, Callahan's wardrobe can fit in the top drawer of a set of medium-sized plastic storage drawers that I have in my closet. It's growing all the time, though, and I have a feeling that soon his clothes may take over the entire set of drawers!
Lainie, my tiny, only has one dress right now, but as her wardrobe grows, I'll probably get a little set of drawers for her clothes.

    16. My boy's wardrobe is growing, so I bought this to store them, the drawers are pretty big and wide inside :)

1st drawer for his shirts, 2nd for his pants and shoes, 3rd for his accessories/eyes/wigs and the last one is where I keep his 'maintenance' stuff; magic sponge, extra joint strings etc.

    17. I have a bag I put my dolls clothes and shoes in.. Lol. I should probably get some sort of storage for her stuff.. As the bag is already starting to over flow with all the shoes I recently bought her! XD
I have a wig I messed up and her extra pair of eyes in her box. But other then that. I have no real storage whatsoever. I'm sure I'll get some eventually though. Lol. 8D

    18. All of my boy's formal outfits and clothing sets are hanging in my closet on mini-hangers covered in plastic.
All their informal stuff (Sewn stuff and lose tshirts) all neatly folded in a travel bag along with the wig-box and shoe box.

    19. My own wardrobe isn't very organized... and neither are my dolls' wardrobes. I keep everything in a box I found at Michaels. It's a nice box with an Italian countryside and vineyards. I don't have a lot of clothes for my dolls... mostly shoes and wigs.

    20. I like things organized, so I store my doll's clothes in an adorable little treasure chest. When we travel, I put her clothes in a small, blue lunch box-sized suitcase.:D
