1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

How long was it between getting your first and second doll?

Apr 17, 2007

    1. Almost six months! :3

    2. I actually got mine both at the same time. >< My second one was a impulse when I was ordering for my first one. It wasn't hard to just add another in the cart XD.

    3. I've had my first OT doll for a year and a half. I have yet to get an on-topic doll.

    4. It took me five months. Keep in mind I went from buying a DOT to a YOSD size doll.

    5. My first was on August 16th '07, and my second was December 12th '07. ^^

    6. my first one arrived on april 25, 2011, I ordered my 2nd one on july 23,2011.. (She isn't here yet.. T_T)

    7. Saif came June 13, 2008 and Muniya came October 30, 2008. ...felt more like a year between the two... weird. Well, I guess the start/ordering time was much longer between them since Dollzone takes longer production times than Dollmore.

    8. 2 or 3 months I believe
I have not bought a new one for over 5 months now

    9. I got Aiden in January, his body arrived a month later. I recieved Chase's head in June of that year, but didn't get his body until december. Ryuu, who arrived as a full doll, came in August. So 4-7 months depending on if you count Chase since he was only a head and if you count Aiden as a full doll i January or Feb.

    10. hehe... I bought my first doll at the beginning of last month and less the a week later I had placed an order for a second one.... I have a soft spot for dolls. I think I probably will end up being like a crazy cat lady but with doll.

    11. Näri was ordered on 10th of April and Fear on 5.8. Almost 4 months. The next one will probably be August of 2012 though.

    12. One month! First was ordered on June 26th and the second on July 25th, though, I am waiting for the first to be made and shipped and the second is on layaway. So, there will be a couple of months between when the first and second arrive.

    13. Hmm.... It was about four years between my first (2005) and second (2009) dolls. I was content to spoil my first boy while I waited for another sculpt to grab my attention the way he did ^_^

    14. Almost six months - and then another month or two for #3! >////<

    15. Pretty long! I bought my Kid Delf Bory (or Ein) in 2007 I think? Now planning on buying a Senior Delf Howl this November or December : D I did always want another, I knew that, but when I saw Howl about a month ago I kinda' knew, you know? Just like Ein. After that, it's just a matter or time.

    16. I bought Aurora (A NS BBB Isabella) about 2 years ago. Unfortunately for about 7/8 months she was laid in her pouch in her box because of SO much college work -Major sad face- So I took her out and BAM- Made new clothes, bought another wig, scrubber her clean and then, about a week ago, decided to finally get rid of her old, faded and chipped faceup and gave her my very first faceup. Now I'm waiting for a Brownie Sugar Nene! I ordered her 2 weeks ago, and I hope she turns up soon!

    17. The first doll arrived in May, and I was satisfied with her for quite a while (although I instantly understood that she is but the first one in a collection). Then, I saw another one - a dream doll so to say - being sold on the MP end of June, but as my bank account was showing holes at that point, I decided to let her go.
At that point it just has to happen that my vacation plans go down the drain and I end up with a large chunk of money and nothing particular to spend them on.

So the second doll arrived in August.

    18. Kaelyn was ordered May 18, 2011 and Solana was just ordered Aug 6, 2011. So 2 1/2 months:sweat

    19. I ordered my second doll the same day I paid off my first, which was on layaway. That was back in December of 2010. Sadly my second doll still isn't here. I have bought three floating heads since then as well. Two in March, and one April.

    20. I almost did this but I was able to restrain myself from doing so and now I am much happier with my first dolly then I think I would have been had I bought the other one. Not to mention I saved myself some money.
