How long was it between getting your first and second doll?

Yes, same for me - one month. I was hooked on BJDs from my first one and would have a big family by now if I could only find that money tree.

 

First doll was fully assembled in August 2005 (I got the head first and had to buy the body). The second came on the last day of January 2006.

 

I'm actually getting two dolls at the same time xD So there'll be no time between my first and second doll
(I qualified for the Dollzone anniversary event, so I'm getting a Dongdong along with my Aimi)

 

When ordering my first doll, I was able to take advantage of an event that gave me a tiny doll for free. I was also able to get a free SD doll head. So I ended up with a 70cm boy, an SD head, and a tiny doll all at once!

 

In my case, 7 months. I was lucky and my brother travelled to China and brought me Usagi ^^ Camus arrived one year later. Now, 3 years later, I´m waiting for a new one that is going to arrive in december :3

 

I bought my second doll on the Finnish forum before getting my first one. Now I and her little brother are waiting for her, she'll be here in a couple of weeks! I still call her my first doll, because I bought her first and had wanted to have her since 2008. I think the time between them coming home will be under a month.

 

Two months c: I ordered my first three months ago and just ordered my second last (year) month c:

 

Almost three years I think. Between games, books, and martial arts it took a while to save up, but I just got my second one today!

 

I ordered my first doll at the end of April, 2011. I will probably order my second one in February, 2012...So 9-10 months?

I never wanted more than one doll and might end up selling one of them later~

 

I got mischief's head in december 2005/january 2006, his body in 2008, and mayhem's head in may 2010, her body in september 2010, and then I got acacia in april 2011 and pandora in july 2011. XD It got closer together! I'm not getting another head for several more months though, and I think I'll be having heads floating around for a bit between bodies again too.

 

I received August in August (I swear, the name choice was already made, haha) 2010.
Now, a year and almost five months later, I'm about to get my second (and then a different order with two dolls and a head coming in, tha latter were free from an event. But they won't be in before this other doll.)

I feel like it's long overdue, personally. I didn't realize that a doll family can be pretty lonely with just one doll. Not really a family that way anyway.

I just can't wait. And I can't believe I went that long without buying another doll. (There was a short period where I thought I wanted out of the hobby. But that worked out well, haha.)

 

Raurencia came in August of 2011 and then my boy came December 2011. ^^

 

I bought my first doll about 2 years ago, which I sold within that time frame. Now I'm putting a new doll on layaway. So I would say about 3 years because I got into a different doll hobby that I didn't like to much and want to get back into BJD's.

 

I bought my first October 2010 and I will be buying my second doll next week hopefully! =)

 

My first doll i ordered in December, arrived in Febuary then my next doll ordered in June, arrived in August. :P (6 months)

 

When I go mine I was content for about a month, then I just wanted MORE!
I got my first one mid november, and I ordered my second one about 5 weeks later. So Im currently waiting on my new girl (while feeling a strong urge to order a third one, but will at least wait for the new one to arrive before I do that).

There are 3 dolls I feel that I have to have (not including the one I have and the one Im waiting for) and I probably will get them all. There is also room for falling desperately in love with one or two more dolls too.. But I will save up for them in order at least. I dont usually buy dolls on impuls, since I dont make that much money right now. Eh.

 

I bought my first angell studio bjd cinderella about 4 years ago and after that it was only after 3 or 4 months that i bought my second doll

 

My mom and I had a deal that I can only buy a BJD only for every 2 months. Well, I think it's not long enough.... I am really patient. Lol.

 

I ordered at once 4 dolls at one time. They are all my "first" doll. And 10 days later I ordered another 2 dolls (and now i waiting for 6 dolls ) I think 6 dolls is too much, but it was event.
