Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. How long was it between getting your first and second doll?

    1. I got my first doll in January 2012 and my second at the end of September 2012.

      I have a secret girl hidding in my wardrobe since October... (psst). And I managed to get into the preorder of Irreal Enyo in December, but he won't be here til June (or something like that).

      So time and money goes fast in this hobby!

    3. The second one is still on her way, so it will probably be around 3 months between the first and second. I ordered the second when the first hadn't even shipped yet (I wanted her anyway and Iplehouse announced a price raise so I jumped on her to avoid having to pay $50 more).
      I should mention that I had been saving for dolls for at least half a year, while still researching which one to get. As much as I wish I were able to keep bringing them home at that speed, funds won't permit it. :sweat

    4. I bought my first doll in December and she came early January. I didn't even make it a full week after her arrival before I bought my second and I have a third currently on layaway with plans for a fourth and fifth next month OTL

    5. I purchased my first doll in July or August 2010 (she arrived in September) with the second one ordered the end of December 2010 (didn't arrive until July 2011 though). The Christmas sale they were throwing made me jump at buying him quicker than I was intending, but he was actually planned.
      I then took an almost year long break from Dolls completely and in March/April 2012 I ended up impulse buying a Soom Teenie Gem at my return to BJDs, quickly followed by a second less than a month later.

    6. It took me a few months before I ordered my second doll, a couple if I recall correctly... xD My Nowe wanted his brother, so... u3u; Then I hiked upwards from there...

    8. I bought my first doll in December of 2010, and purchased my second doll 7 months later from the DoA MP. At this time I still hadn't recieved my first doll, so my second doll was actually my first arrival.

    11. I got my first doll second hand 2009, and I didn't get my second doll until last year, 2012! So a couple a year's between them xD
      But I got my third doll just two months after I purchased my second! ^^

    15. I bought my second at the same time I bought my first... Though that was unintentional. At the time, I honestly thought that Tien Jen (my Dreaming Shiwoo) was just going to be an alternate head for Harumatsu (a standard, open-eyed Shiwoo). When they arrived, though, their face-ups were so different that there was no way they'd ever pass for being the same "person".

      So, I bought a second body and my first one became my first two. Seven years later, they're both still here. :lol:

    16. I ordered my first doll on 1/17/13, Eva from Iplehouse, then thought for a week that I should have Stella instead...too late, so I ordered Stella on 1/24/13. Of course I don't have either one yet, so no dolls in hand, money all spent, and the wait is killing me. Still I am looking for another, this time an MSD. This hobby is insanely addictive and I just started!
