Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. It was a little shy of one year apart between my first and second doll -- and my second year I got way too many dolls, then I calmed down again! :XD:

      To be fair, I just ordered a Bobobie Ariel, who is an affordable bjd. My two will keep me going for a while (till...end of this year‽) as I learn more about them. I have a Leekeworld art body Nicole in order too, so I liked the idea of having two different body types to play with.

      Oh god... This hobby is going to ruin me!!:dance

    3. It was 5 months between my first doll (Dollzone Elsa) and second (Resinsoul Rong). From when I ordered my first, I concentrated on saving money for my next.

      From there I just seem to be looking towards deciding on my next doll or what accessories and clothes etc to get for who. I think perhaps this year I will need to calm down for a while on my purchases.

    4. It took me 8 months to get my doll-zone boy after ,my doll-love boy. I sold him (doll-zone boy) after maybe three months? He was bought on impulse, and I dislike having him as a secondary character when he was so expensive. Dx

    5. I had ordered my first new doll in October on layaway - she arrived in December and then I just ordered my second new doll on January 21st. I did buy a couple floating heads second hand in between but I'm not sure if that counts lol. I am contemplating getting a third new doll sometime here too but I'm still debating if I really want her or not.

      I usually wait until I finish one layaway for a doll before buying another. It just seems like it doesn't make money as tight if it's spread out like that.

    7. I got my first doll in late June of 2014, and I got my next April 2015. I spent what felt like a really long time thinking about which doll I wanted next and trying to control myself, but I suppose I didn't do a great job because I got a third two months after my second!

    9. How about length between 3rd and 4th/5th/6th/7th dolls? I got my first Mythdoll Leori back in 02/2006. Got my second Abio Angel Shi 2/2007 (look one year!). Got my third DIM J.D. Minimee 12/2007. Then took a break for a bit. Bought a house, got married, got a better job, started working from home. I stumbled across a Magical Angel site while browsing and realized I had to have one. Love the toes, enjoy the sculpts, and I live having little-known dolls that don't break the bank. Ordered Magical Angel Amy and Magical Angel Theresa (they ears got me). Then I saw the DollLeaves and couldn't pass them up. Ordered Doll Leaves Hedy and Doll Leave Gabriel. Now I'm just waiting for 4 dolls and browsing clothing for them all. Need to update some wardrobes. While I wait my J.D. is getting a bath and I'll toss the other two in eventually. J.D.'s bath scares me since he's more of a typical BJD stringer than the other two and uses those little S hooks.

      So tangent aside. 1 year between 1 and 2, 10 months between 2 and 3. 8 years 1 month between 3 and 4/5/6/7. Desperately trying to wait for that group to come before falling into number 9.

    10. I got my first doll in October 2014, I just order my second doll January this year. I would have ordered sooner but did not have the funds to do so.

    11. I ordered my first one sometime in January (maybe February) of 2015, got him in September and now have 2 more on the way, ordered at the end of December.
      So short answer less than a year lol

    14. I waited 4 years to get my first one, and by the time I did I had enough to buy 2, one second hand and one brand new. It was nice cause the second hand one shipped immediately, and the new one took 3 months so I had time to bond with one before the other one came.

    15. It was about seven months between my first and second (that I kept)(discovered I didn't like SDs) and then a month later I put two more and a couple heads on layaway... I hope my doll craze starts to die down just a little, I won't be able to make enough clothes for all of them if it keeps up !!

    16. Way too soon. I think about a month. I got a Luts to get my feet wet with the bjds, then bought an Iplehouse about a month later. And please do not ask how many I have gotten since then. (!) LOL

    20. I received my resinsoul mei on jan 21st and im currently saving up for my Resinsoul song. It'll be about four months apart when i order him.
