Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. Well I ordered my second BJD as soon as my first one arrived. But my first is a tiny so it's a different thing (don't ask me why it's different, I dunno :D)

      I didn't mean to get a second doll AT ALL... but I'm sure you all know how it is!!! *_*

      Mostly, I buy a bit earlier than planned because of limiteds. It's good to have money saved up for that reason. If a doll is regularly available, I usually don't buy it right away, since I know I can get it later.

    4. I purposely waited because I wanted to go a whole year without buying a second doll. I, uh, failed. XD It was almost exactly five months later when I got another.

    5. About..... 5 years?
      Got my first girl, a Volks MSD Nasya way back when, then was SD mad for about 2 years after. Rediscovered my passion almost 5 years later (after purchasing my first at 12-13 yrs old), and purchased an Elfdoll tiny Min Del Re. She has since been sold. But about another year after that, I purchased my SD13 Mimi. And the rest is history! lol

    12. I got Iris in January this year, though I ordered her head and body separately... then I got Doyle's head (CP Juri 06, no body yet) in March I think. In April, I ordered Hrist (DOD Tender E-an), then last week I ordered Hue (MNF Vampire Shiwoo). So it seems to be about a month between dolls! Eek! I originally wanted to wait at least a few months between dolls, but I kept seeing new dolls I just had to have!

    13. I actually wanted to get a second doll right after my first, but I knew my parents would have none of that.

      I had to wait for about a year and for a body to go on sale to get my second, which is currently on back order. :sweat

    15. I would say that it took about a month from the day I ordered my first and second dolls from the same company (Iplehouse). Of course the production times varied, so the arrival dates between them were 7 weeks. Although while waiting in-between I acquired a Minimee head from the market place...either way, it still took about a month.

    16. I bought my second doll when I started thinking about selling my first doll. I didn't really want a "second" doll--I wanted a replacement.

      I bought my third doll completely on impulse. I saw her at an event, I'd wanted that doll for quite a while, and the purchase was inevitable. There was just about 8 months between the purchase of the second and the purchase of the third.

    17. Hum. Might've been about a month and a half apart for each? This coming on the heels of wanting these dolls for at least a year with little to no changes once I decided. Although, right now I am trying so hard to resist buying a curo since it looks so close to the rooney face this time around.

    18. my second and third dolls were gifts from a boyfriend. I had a specific price range, so I opted for two dolls instead of one big one. Perhaps, I should have asked for a dream doll instead of two character dolls. I got my second and third dolls nearly 8-10 months after buying my first doll. :3

    19. i bought my first doll in may 2009 and received it in july. i got my second doll second hand and i received it october 1-2. :3
